Our combined suite of products covers the full life partnership lifecycle including onboarding, tracking ads and paying partners, recruiting for new partners, data and marketing intelligence, and protection from fraud. Founded in 2008 by the same team that founded Commission Junction, impact.com has grown to over 900 employees and eleven offices across the United States, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Why this role is exciting!

Help us set up and run the best affiliate program in the world.

Partnerships are at the heart of impact.com - not just enabling hundreds of thousands of brands & publishers to develop their own partnerships, but making sure we are a leading partner in our own right. The impact.com Channel Partnership team works with hundreds of partners to source new business and to ensure impact.com clients are supported by a full ecosystem. The team is cross-organizational in nature, working closely with sales, product, success, marketing, legal, and more.

The Affiliate Marketing Manager reports directly to the VP of Channel Partnerships and is responsible for the strategy, setup, and execution of impact.com's in-house referral program. Our program will allow our entire ecosystem - publishers, influencers, brands, agencies, technology partners, consultants, and more - to refer any actor (publishers, influencers, brands, etc) to impact.com.

This will be a highly complex program spanning traditional traffic-based referrals, lead registration forms, email and in-person introductions, reseller deals, and more. We will use the cutting edge of impact.com's software, be the first users of any new feature, and drive product roadmap with our requirements. The program will demand an exceptional level of execution. As the home of partnerships, we expect our partnership program to be the global gold standard - the best partnerships program in the world; and you will run it.

What you will be doing:

  • Help drive the strategy behind the referral program. The importance of the program is such that the most senior levels of the company are involved in its strategy. You will be a part of these conversations, lobbying for the best path forward based on your unique insight as the person closest to the program.
  • Project manage the setup of the program. This highly complex program will affect most departments in impact.com to some extent and require collaboration across the company. There will be many projects and competing priorities. While you will have the full buy-in and support of leadership, you will be responsible for driving progress in these initiatives.
  • Report to leadership regularly on progress, trends, opportunities, and issues
  • Interface with our product teams to understand new features and capabilities as soon as they come out, and to drive requirements for additional capabilities based on our goals with the program

Does this sound like you?

  • 4+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, or network) with at least 1 year working specifically on B2B programs
  • 2+ years of experience working in the impact.com platform
  • Excellent data analysis & reporting skills. Fluency with Excel/Google Sheets with a demonstrated ability to analyze data and find trends, opportunities, and problems
  • An exceptional communicator - written and verbal; you put time and energy into your communications and enjoy speaking with people.
  • A natural networker; you thrive on talking to people and building connections. You can transition seamlessly from personal to business.
  • A strong technical mind. You do not need to be a developer or anywhere close, but should be able to understand and competently communicate around topics like tracking integrations, APIs, CRM connections, etc.
  • Hunger and a sense of urgency. You will be working in a team building out the world's best partnership program and your personal drive needs to match that ambition.

Compensation:

  • $100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant and additional company annual bonus contingent on company performance. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting.
