Your Role at impact.com:

As the Assistant Controller, you will be responsible for managing the global accounting function and a highly complex global financial operations function while continually improving procedures, processes, and systems.  Reporting to the VP, Global Controller and working closely with key stakeholders across the company, you will play an integral role in supporting our growth as we continue to scale globally.

What You'll Do:

  • Direct the organization's accounting, financial operations, tax, and financial reporting activities for a complex, 1,200 person, multi-entity, multi-currency, global company
  • Provide technical and operational accounting guidance, including but not limited to, preparation of technical accounting memos, desktop procedures, and accounting policies, incorporating accounting best practices, to provide guidance and clarity to the organization 
  • Oversee the closing processes for month-end and year-end, including preparing financial statements and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders 
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards under U.S. GAAP; work with auditors to drive timely close of annual audit and maintain an effective control environment 
  • Coordinate timely external audits and manage tax filings 
  • Assess and enhance financial workflows and procedures for optimal efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement within the accounting department
  • Effectively manage direct and indirect reports across time zones through organized priorities and non-traditional hours
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement

What You Have:

  • CPA with strong knowledge of both U.S. GAAP and financial operations required 
  • 12+ years of experience in accounting, 7+ years of direct and indirect people management, and public accounting experience (big 4 preferred)

Your Role at impact.com:

As Equity Accountant, you will completely own the accounting and financial reporting for the Company’s complex equity and stock-based compensation arrangements. This is a highly visible and key role, and management will look to you as a subject matter expert to improve the Company’s processes and controls around equity and stock-based compensation. This role will eventually grow in scope to encompass general Technical Accounting matters in addition to equity and stock-based compensation.

You will play a critical role in month-end and quarter-end close, preparing journal entries and account roll-forwards and reconciliations. You will also perform technical accounting research, draft technical memos, and implement new accounting standards around equity and stock-based compensation. This role is adjacent to Financial Reporting and will also involve preparing footnote disclosures and uplifting the company’s equity reporting function to meet public company reporting standards. 

This role reports to the Technical Accounting Manager. You will also work closely with other teams, such as Legal, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, HR, Financial Reporting, and Corporate Development on an ad hoc basis. The ideal candidate for this role should be a fast learner, a self-starter, and capable of producing high-quality work without close supervision.

What You'll Do:

  • Fully own the accounting and financial reporting for the Company's equity and stock-based compensation, including liability-classified securities.
  • Stay apprised of the Company's various equity and stock-based compensation arrangements, including new or modified ones, and evaluate the appropriate accounting for them.
  • Prepare the necessary journal entries for equity and stock-based compensation on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain and update Excel workbooks that support the accounting and financial reporting for equity and stock-based compensation and perform thorough self-review and reconciliation to ensure the workbook data and calculations are complete, accurate, and reasonable.
  • Maintain and update all Technical Accounting memos related to equity and stock-based compensation and draft new memos as needed.

What You Have:

  • 3 to 5 years of Technical Accounting experience, including researching authoritative and nonauthoritative guidance, evaluating and concluding on complex accounting matters, and drafting technical memos and accounting policies
  • Active CPA or CA license
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Strong experience with US GAAP (or similar IFRS experience with the ability to quickly learn US GAAP) for complex securities such as redeemable preferred stock ("temporary equity"), stock options, stock warrants, RSUs, RSAs, liability-classified awards, and awards with multiple service and performance vesting conditions.Relevant experience includes the following accounting standards: ASC 718 (IFRS 2), ASC 470, 505, 815 (IAS 32), ASC 810 (IFRS 10, 12), and ASC 260 (IAS 33)
  • Experience as a self-starter who can manage multiple projects and priorities in a highly complex environment with evolving priorities and deadlines
  • Deep proficiency with Excel analysis and manipulation of large data sets, including use of pivot tables and lookup formulas
  • Strong attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, and the ability to deliver clean and concise work products
  • Ability to proactively identify problems, design solutions, and implement changes and improvements from scratch without prior reference or examples

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is instrumental in helping to drive the decision making for Impact globally and acts as the analytical engine of our finance team to provide insights, high quality reporting and support business decision making. You will be a key functional member of Impact’s financial forecasting, annual budgeting processes, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.

Your Role at Impact:

The Paralegal will provide support to our General Counsel, the legal team and impact.com team members in the APAC region in the following areas: contract drafting and review, contract database and file maintenance, corporate compliance and corporate governance matters, contract searches and filings, and other legal matters as needed, including research and special projects.

  • Administer routine contract requirements, maintain contract calendar, prepare and file required filings

Your Role at Impact:

The basic purpose of this position is to fill a need in the Finance department for someone to own the payroll accounting, analysis and reporting. The individual will be responsible for building out key payroll accounting processes and implementing improvements in the existing processes. Furthermore, the individual will play a key role in the month-end close and reporting process, contributing to ensuring that our reporting is timeously and accurately closed in line with business objectives. This individual is a fast learner, self-starter and capable of producing work of high quality without close supervision.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Under limited supervision, responsible for payroll accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger across the various subsidiaries within the group.
  • Overall responsibility for payroll accounting including the monthly close processes, ensuring that these areas are closed accurately and timeously in line with Finance close objectives each month.
  • Further to the above, responsible for consuming and developing the payroll system input and ensuring those inputs are complete, valid and accurate. 
  • Implementing balance sheet reconciliation initiatives ensuring balance sheet accounts within the scope of payroll accounting are built (if this does not exist) and maintaining these schedules on a monthly basis as part of the close process. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that a reconciliation exists between the payroll system and the ERP system (should there be any reconciling items, ensuring this is appropriately followed up on and timeously addressed and cleared out).
  • Ensure all unreconciled and aged transactions on the reconciliations are appropriately and timeously addressed.
  • Work closely with other business units and cross functional teams to implement new initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate and support the FP&A function on an adhoc basis.

Your Role at impact.com:

As the Senior Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of US payroll.Responsibilities include all aspects of pay administration including preparation, documentation, and disbursement of payroll payments and payroll taxes for the US and will require working closely with HR, BizAps, ADP, and various internal and external inputs into the payroll process to ensure payroll deadlines, quality of service, statutory compliance, and operational performance are met. This role will report directly into the Global Payroll Manager.

What You'll Do:

  • Complete all aspects of US payroll administration
    • Ensure an accurate and timely payroll, including but not limited to base pay, stock compensation, payroll taxes, statutory and supplemental benefits, and any other items remitted to employees through the payroll process.
    • Manage and oversee the reporting from HRIS and payroll systems as it relates to gross payroll, tax deductions, benefit deductions and employee status change requests, to ensure consistency between systems and with source records
    • Address and provide timely response to notices raised by US, State and Local tax authorities. Collaboration with the payroll provider and tax advisors may be appropriate for certain matters.
  • Stay current on regulations, and labor laws impacting payroll process, and stay compliant for all payroll tax jurisdictions in which we operate.
  • Oversee/ process W-2’s, reconcile and process funding to 401(k), FSA and HSA providers.
  • Work with external auditors on audits, substantive testing, walkthroughs, and all other information gathering related to payroll.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of US payroll.
  • Uplift current payroll operations and streamline processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and best-in-class services.

Responsibilities:

  • Build revenue and surpass assigned quarterly & annual quotas

What You'll Do:

Channel Partner Managers (CPMs) on the agency team are responsible for building long-term, mutually beneficial, business relationships with marketing agency partners. Agency partners are responsible for a substantial portion of impact.com’s growth and success, and this vital team is the driver of those partnerships.

As a Manager, Channel Partnerships on our agency team, you will lead a team tasked with recruiting new agencies into our ecosystem with the goal of making them long-term productive partners. Using strong consultative skills, you and your team will work with partners to dissect their business goals and coach your partners on how to grow their business with impact.com. You will guide agencies in learning how impact.com can help them improve their client acquisition rates, client retention rates, and overall business profitability. Success in this vital role requires you to balance salesmanship, business development, account management, relationship-building, education, and more.

The ideal candidate will balance creativity, action-orientation, and a propensity for experimentation and iteration with thoughtful team and process building. You will work to develop the skills of the individual contributors reporting to you, run 1:1s, manage performance, and help to get the best out of your team. You will ideate and execute on new strategies along with your team. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be an impact.com platform expert enabled to provide world-class customer support. What You'll Do:

Your Role at impact.com:

This person is an expert at Impact technology and will be tasked to deliver custom engineering and advanced technical support to customers that buy those services, or as determined by the Impact leadership team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll be the champion of performance and stability for our impact.com SaaS platform. Working closely with various engineering squads, you'll ensure features meet strict performance and error rate benchmarks.     • Troubleshoot across the entire stack: hardware, software, database, network, applications, customer-generated workloads
    • This role will have a particular focus on database performance and query optimization
    • Remediations may include software or database optimizations, changes to rate limit configurations, or client outreach to reduce heavy requests. 
    • Identify targets for optimization, and collaborate with appropriate teams and stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved
  • Analyze platform usage data to calculate costs generated by customers using our platform, inform capacity planning decisions, and find area for improvement

What You Have:

  • Solid understanding of systems and application design.
  • Experience building and using observability features with tools such as ElasticSearch, Grafana, LogicMonitor, Splunk.
  • Experience database monitoring and SQL tuning
  • Proficient in at least one high-level programming language and shell scripting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Ability to adapt and focus on the simplest, most efficient and reliable solutions.
  • B.S. in Computer Science or similar field or equivalent experience.

 

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

 Your Role at impact.com:

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Impact, your key responsibilities will carry a dual  mandate, being to deliver the highest quality software to our end users while simultaneously ensuring the persistence of the quality standard by means of automated regression. This is a rare opportunity in QA to have a direct influence on the quality of our software through every phase of the feature delivery workflow. This role will fully encompass all responsibilities associated with the Quality Assurance complement for a designated squad.

The applicant who is ultimately successful will be expected to scrutinize new features with a high attention to detail and document the methodology utilised in the form of a detailed test plan containing the respective test cases specific to the feature.  Upon successful deployment of the feature, the scenarios detailed in the test plan are then to be automated using Java and selenium webdriver.

The person filling this role will also be mandated with conducting the regression testing phase of the deployment workflow process and reporting on results timeously. The successful candidate will partner closely with software Development Engineers and Product Managers to understand product requirements as well as functionality for developing appropriate build scripts, test plans and test cases.

What You'll Do:

  • Accountable for Automation Testing
  • Accountable for creating, configuring and maintaining a suite of automated regressions tests & their environment
  • Test Planning & Analysis of Requirements
  • Sign-off on manually scripted test cases
  • Review and action pull requests 
  • Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable.
  • Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of the overall system.
  • Define test methods and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions
  • Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the SDLC.
  • Maintain effective communication with the project software engineers on project limitation, capability, performance requirement and hardware interface changes.
  • Execute test plans and create test reports to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction.
  • Testing will include functional and nonfunctional, integration, regression, system, smoke and sanity testing (minimum)
  • Monitor program performance after implementation to prevent re-occurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation.
  • Conduct compatibility tests with vendor-provided programs.
  • Formulate and design software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
  • Create test tools that facilitate data gathering and test method execution.
  • Support manufacturing by verifying fixture software or any software used during production.
  • Participate in risk management meetings.
  • Scripting of test cases against manually scripted test cases / TestRail
  • Run regression tests against the applications then diagnose & report all issues
  • Implement automated tests using a Selenium framework
  • Defect Management
  • Implement scripts and server configurations for automated build and testing environments
  • Provide reports and procedures on Automation runs & progress
  • Reporting and tracking test metrics such as test and code coverage
  • Ensure QA automated test framework is documented, with focus on continuity

 What You Have:

  • At least 3 years of test automation experience: Selenium, Jasmine, POM, Cucumber
  • Certified in Java, Spring or AWS technologies (Pref)
