What You'll Do:
- Lead project teams focusing on ML product development and product analytics. Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of leaders and teams, and work closely with Engineers and Product Managers to identify opportunities for design and to assess improvements for Google products.
- Oversee team projects with hands-on analysis and modeling, drawing from multiple analytical methods to choose the right tool and right level of complexity appropriate for the business challenges.

Build data products (data sets, analysis, models etc.) and tools to drive hypothesis generation and decision making in partnership with engineering and product management teams. - Build and prototype analysis pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale. Develop comprehensive understanding of Impact data structures and metrics, advocating for changes for product development and customer engagement activity.
- Communicate and visualize insights to multiple levels of stakeholders with clarity, informing decision-making. Design and create interactive visualization dashboard to facilitate custom analytics, trouble-shooting, data storytelling, and evangelization of ML products to non-technical audiences.
- Engage broadly with internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritize, frame, and structure complex and ambiguous challenges, where advanced analytics projects or tools can have the biggest impact.
- Interact cross-functionally with a wide variety of leaders and teams, and work closely with engineers and product managers to identify opportunities for design and to assess improvements for Impact products. Influence product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations.
- Contribute to Data Science COE knowledge sharing and documentation. Provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Manage the development of data resources, requirements gathering, source organization, and the execution and delivery of product / program launches

What You Have:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Statistics or other quantitative Social Science fields. PhD preferred.
- 7-10 years’ of tech industry work experience as a data analyst, statistician, or data scientist. Expert knowledge of statistical data analysis, such as linear models, multivariate analysis, stochastic models, sampling methods, and experimental design.
- Well versed in R, Python, and SQL, and big data query language.
- Proficient with machine learning, AI, data mining and knowledge of advanced statistical modeling. Experience with big data and cloud platforms to deploy large-scale data science solutions. Knowledge of distributed computing framework.
- Predictive modeling, machine learning, and experimentation or causal inference methods
- Product Data Science or Growth Analytics, including in depth experience with experimentation
- Excellent communicator able to articulate business questions and using mathematical techniques to arrive at an answer using available data.

Lead Marketplace Analysts provides quantitative analysis, market expertise and a strategic perspective to our stakeholders throughout the Marketplace Business Unit. In this role, you will serve as an analytics expert for marketplace leaders, using data driven insights to help them make better decisions. You will be responsible for formulating quantitative research based on business needs, performing data analysis, and translating data into meaningful interpretations and recommendations and implementing process improvements. The metrics and analysis you develop will serve as a key input in operations decision-making and product development.
Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations. You work to turn business questions into data analysis, and make meaningful strategic and operational recommendations.
- Work with large, complex datasets (structured and unstructured), and perform basic descriptive and predictive analysis through statistical modeling, data mining, and data analysis, leveraging statistical software, scripting and database languages.
- Collaborate with Marketplace leaders, consult and jointly define a list of business metrics, create automated workflow to retrieve and monitor the trending of those metrics. Identify actionable insights from these trends, and provide strategic recommendations.

Exciting opportunity for a qualified Tax Specialist to join the global leader in Partnership Automation as Associate Tax Manager. You will form part of our agile finance team with global responsibilities across multiple jurisdictions, specifically the USA, as well as UK and South Africa.

Duties:
- Responsible for gathering and processing the information required for international compliance and transfer pricing, and provide support with the year-end provision
- Provide support for tax audits and answers to inquiries from various taxing jurisdictions
- Verification of tax account balances by performing reconciliations on tax general ledger accounts (sales tax, deferred tax, current tax accounts, etc.)
- Update and maintain the tax calendar
- Review all tax payments and tax returns (direct and indirect tax) by tax service providers whether on a weekly, biweekly, quarterly, or annual basis
- Regularly perform audits on the system to ensure data integrity; responsible for the resolution of discrepancies that might adversely impact on the company’s tax returns

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or in a business related field- CA, ACCA or CPA is preferred. At least 3-4 years tax specific experience gained within a commercial environment of a multinational Group, candidates with a mixture of Big Four experience and in-house experience are also encouraged to apply
- Knowledge: Possess strong working knowledge of and ability to apply accounting concepts; practical international tax interpretive knowledge gained from an established taxing jurisdiction (for example- SA, UK, Europe, US); and the ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of data and related compliance/regulations
- Computer skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. It is also essential that they possess strong computer skills to perform digital and online related tax duties
- Quantitative skills: It also vital that they possess strong mathematical and quantitative skills to handle tax audits, reconciliation related tax matters

The Marketing Executive works across the Southeast Asia team to help drive the marketing strategy and initiatives for our products, with a special focus on localising content and messaging to ensure maximum impact in the Southeast Asian markets. This role requires a marketing generalist with strong content marketing and events experience who can project-manage a wide range of different activities to support impact.com’s growth in the region. They work closely with the SEA Marketing Manager to help manage all marketing projects in Southeast Asia.
The role will directly report to the SEA Marketing Manager and will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and execute a variety of industry conferences and hosted events to build impact.com’s brand awareness and generate leads
- Produce localisedcontent to help establish impact.com as a thought leader in the Southeast Asia affiliate marketing and partnership space e.g blog posts, Linkedin articles, case studies, whitepapers, bylines
- Be responsible for the distribution and amplification of content through earned, owned and paid channels
- Plan and execute Demand Generation activities (including Direct Buy, Email, Direct Mail, eGifting) to achieve marketing’s pipeline and booking goals
- Localise product positioning, messaging, and packaging to empower the Southeast Asia sales team
- Support and localise agency-led paid social and paid search activity in the Southeast Asia market
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives are properly executed in a timely fashion; organise key sessions with stakeholders to report on progressand ensure that the overall momentum of Southeast Asia marketing initiatives is maintained

As the Product Manager of Onboarding you will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing on new, high quality, in-product, customer experiences to support the strategic development & execution of Impact.com’s product led growth strategy. We are looking for an affiliate marketing champion—someone who loves the channel and loves sharing that passion with others. Impact.com is launching its brand new Agency Coaching Team to support and educate agencies new to the world of affiliate marketing. As the leading Partnership and Affiliate software, Impact works with Agencies as operational and mutual referral partners. Thai role interfaces closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

What you will be doing:
- Identify, conceptualize and nurture ANZ technology partnerships from inception through to a productive partner
- Collaborate with our NA Channel Partner team to ensure global alignment on existing established integration partners
- Grow the volume of leads/referrals from Impact technology partners
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing and Sales leads on planning and got to market strategy for new integrated partners
- Collaborate with Product and other departments to help determine Impact’s integration roadmap, based on key market opportunities
- Manage the inbound referral process between technology partners and Impact Sales - transmitting information and leads to the appropriate Impact team members and carefully monitoring and assisting with the progress of those opportunities, to the benefit of the new channel partner relationship
- Execute on-site/virtual enablement (where appropriate) with strategic tech partners to better engage the wider team and map out the organizational stakeholders across various potential verticals
- Drive awareness of com amongst the tech community, through thought leadership, in- person speaking engagements, industry events

As a Talent Agency Growth Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing 10-40 of our creator talent agency relationships worldwide.
What you will be doing:
- Manage a portfolio of Talent Agents
- Respond to emails and calls from talent managers in a timely manner
- Search for and find answers from various team members for various talent to assist in answering talent manager questions

The Creator Recruiter position is an entirely new role within impact.com. This role will be actively patrolling social media, searching for creators looking for new partnerships and ready to join impact.com. Platform Knowledge
- Has a generalized understanding of our solution’s overview. Understands our core functionality and how partnership marketing fundamentals tie into our solutions and product
- Runs platform training and can consult on contracts, finance, ad tracking, and
- Relies on others for more detailed conversations around our tracking technology, 3rd party integrations, and actionable
- Coordinates strategic platform adoption with oversight from management, product, and or tech team
Account Management
- Develop the account engagement plan for each customer, define the business outcomes the customer is wanting, the tools used to get there, outline touch points, level of executive engagement at the customer, outreach frequency, etc. resulting in an engagement score for the account and a map for how success will be measures against Customer KPIs and goals that were identified through
- Engage and measure executive outreach at the customer, demonstrating the value of the platform and presenting thought leadership in the space.
- Build and develop a partnership growth plan focusing on increasing the types of partnerships in place at the customer as well as increasing the number of productive partnerships for each type; possibly including the customer’s Executive
- Leverage the standardized business review process to reinforce the platform value proposition, ensure the customer’s desired business outcomes are on pace to be achieved, and demonstrate the platform value proposition as well as potential growth opportunities; possibly including the customer’s Executive Sponsor
- Coordinates strategic initiatives with direction from manager or executive
- Drives partnership collaboration, promotes initiatives, increases platform adoption, and communicates value under the guidance of their manager and or executive sponsor(s).
- Collaborates across partnering teams on expansion
- Build and work against a customer account engagement plan that incorporates Account Management activities and other communications activities that drive value in each interaction.
Escalation Management
- Follow and leverage a standardized process to track open issues with the customer and within Impact, with the goal of providing transparency to open items and a basis for escalation for those efforts that require multiple internal teams to participate.
Project / Task Management
- Produce and execute against technical account configuration efforts, coordinating with the Solutions Design and Delivery team as appropriate, to ensure the customer’s technical configuration of the platform enables account management
- Coordinate efforts with the Solutions Design and Delivery team to ensure new technical integrations or highly technical updates are completed in a timely fashion
Commercial Efforts
- Validate and review PPV (Positive Predictive Value) pacing reports to ensure the customer's desired outcomes are on track, and to identify opportunities to upgrade the customer’s contracts in a timely fashion.
- Validate and review customer account funding status to ensure the customer can meet their partner
- Perform periodic churn risk analysis for the customer to identify opportunities to further engage with the customer and demonstrate the value proposition of the
- Perform a financial analysis to better predict the revenue for the account for the current fiscal quarter, half, year, and next
- Help to facilitate all renewal and expansion
- Analyse program performance to identify renewal expansion
- Under the oversight of their manager, creates pricing proposals and works with internal teams and clients to incorporate performance goals into annual contract
- Help to manage all renewal admin in SFDC including creating quotes and updating
- Relies on managers and executive sponsors for negotiations and executive outreach as it relates to renewal
- Escalates to managers, executive sponsors, and Sales team for expansion opportunities
What You Have:

The Revenue Operations Manager position is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team in a fast-growing GTM organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting scalable GTM growth by improving the efficiency of the sales organization. Your Role at Impact:
As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Impact, your key responsibilities will carry a dual mandate, being to deliver the highest quality software to our end users while simultaneously ensuring the persistence of the quality standard by means of automated regression. This is a rare opportunity in QA to have a direct influence on the quality of our software through every phase of the feature delivery workflow. This role will fully encompass all responsibilities associated with the Quality Assurance complement for a designated squad.
The applicant who is ultimately successful will be expected to scrutinize new features with a high attention to detail and document the methodology utilised in the form of a detailed test plan containing the respective test cases specific to the feature. Upon successful deployment of the feature, the scenarios detailed in the test plan are then to be automated using Java and selenium webdriver.
The person filling this role will also be mandated with conducting the regression testing phase of the deployment workflow process and reporting on results timeously. The successful candidate will partner closely with software Development Engineers and Product Managers to understand product requirements as well as functionality for developing appropriate build scripts, test plans and test cases.

Your Role at Impact:
Infrastructure-as-code - As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you'll be responsible for working hands-on to create and develop automated, containerized cloud application platforms, and design and implement DevOps processes that use those platforms. To act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex, multi-tier architecture problems that span a number of different platforms

Your Role at Impact:
As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Impact, your key responsibilities will carry a dual
mandate, being to deliver the highest quality software to our end users while simultaneously
ensuring the persistence of the quality standard by means of automated regression. This is a rare
opportunity in QA to have a direct influence on the quality of our software through every phase of the
feature delivery workflow. This role will fully encompass all responsibilities associated with the
Quality Assurance complement for a designated squad.
The applicant who is ultimately successful will be expected to scrutinize new features with a high
attention to detail and document the methodology utilized in the form of a detailed test plan
containing the respective test cases specific to the feature. Upon successful deployment of the
feature, the scenarios detailed in the test plan are then to be automated using PHP, Selenium and
TestRigor.
The person filling this role will also be mandated with conducting the regression testing phase of the
deployment workflow process and reporting on results timeously. The successful candidate will
partner closely with software Development Engineers and Product Managers to understand product
requirements as well as functionality for developing appropriate build scripts, test plans and test
cases.
What You'll Do:
- Accountable for Automation Testing
- Accountable for creating, configuring and maintaining a suite of automated regressions tests & their environment
- Test Planning & Analysis of Requirements
- Sign-off on manually scripted test cases
- Review and action pull requests
- Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of the overall system.
- Define test methods and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions
- Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the SDLC.
- Maintain effective communication with the project software engineers on project limitation, capability, performance requirement and hardware interface changes.
- Execute test plans and create test reports to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction.
- Testing will include functional and nonfunctional, integration, regression, system, smoke and sanity testing (minimum)
- Monitor program performance after implementation to prevent re-occurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation.
- Conduct compatibility tests with vendor-provided programs.
- Formulate and design software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Create test tools that facilitate data gathering and test method execution.
- Support manufacturing by verifying fixture software or any software used during production.
- Participate in risk management meetings.
- Scripting of test cases against manually scripted test cases / TestRail
- Run regression tests against the applications then diagnose & report all issues
- Implement automated tests using a Selenium framework
- Defect Management
- Implement scripts and server configurations for automated build and testing environments
- Provide reports and procedures on Automation runs & progress
- Reporting and tracking test metrics such as test and code coverage
- Ensure QA automated test framework is documented, with focus on continuity
What You Have:
- Solid understanding of computer programming and software development
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests
- Creative thinking skills
- Detail-oriented personality
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Ability to communicate well to other members of the development team
- At least 3 years experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Bachelor's Degree/BTEC
- ISTQB/ISEB (Pref)
- Experience with PHP and PHPUnit Testing
- At least 2 years of experience in developing RESTful APIs
- At least 3 years of test automation experience: Selenium, Jasmine, POM, Cucumber

As a Software Technical Support Engineer, you will be in the middle of all technical issues facing our client base and will be using your technical expertise to help identify improvements to our technology.
What you will be doing:
- Leading technical integrations of new clients
- Manage and support existing integrations
- Identify and spec out tools/reports that assist with our troubleshooting processes
- Work closely with other functional teams such as Engineering, Product, Solutions and Customer Success
- Resolve tickets in the incoming Technical Services queue
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, issue resolution and communication

- 2+ years experience in Integration Support, Sales Engineering, Software Development or related discipline, preferably in an external customer-facing capacity.
- Ability to perform log analysis, including writing SQL queries.
- Experience in Web application and tool development is preferred.
- Experience of at least one scripting / programming language (Python, PHP) is preferred.
