What’s the hiring process? It depends

Every team at impact.com has its own unique hiring process. For some positions, we can make a decision after just a few interactions. Highly technical roles may require more touchpoints along the way. In general, here’s what you can expect once you submit an application.

Your Role at Impact:

The IT Integrations Engineer is responsible for identifying problems, developing solutions, and brainstorming improvements to support the business needs. Other responsibilities include developing automated system solutions and implementing applications to support the company's infrastructure. The role reports to the IT Manager based in New York City.

What You'll Do:

  • Deploy and manage business critical applications in cloud infrastructure like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Collaborate on projects with various operational teams such as IT, security, devops, etc.
  • Plan and implement systems automation to support business functions and to drive efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications and processes.
  • Participate in general IT operations and user support.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal teams to drive initiatives.
  • Oversee and provide operations support including account management, workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting and service optimization.
  • Develop system-monitoring and support automation to enhance and scale the quality of support.

What You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT in a high growth Software as a service (SaaS) environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in user support in a cloud-first modern IT environment.
  • Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) tools like Splunk or ElasticSearch.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management.

The IT Support Specialist is the first point of contact for 700+ employees globally. You will responsible for troubleshooting end user issues on various SaaS applications, hardware, network, and telecommunication systems. The role reports to the IT Manager located in New York City.

As an Associate Software Engineer II, your focus will be on delivering small tasks for the squad, testing end to end, assisting QA with Staging environments and fixing broken builds. What you will be doing:

  • Know the users, the technology, and the competition, and be an informed voice to help drive product development and marketing decisions
  • Work with a small team of product marketers who will be interfacing heavily with the marketplace growth and supply-side organizations to create assets, brainstorm and validate positioning, etc
  • Share responsibility for internal and external product communications deliverables to drive user education and feature adoption such as release notes; feature primers, blogs, videos, and FAQs; product walk-throughs; and user documentation

Technical Solutions Specialist helps formulate ideal technical solutions for potential clients. Working alongside the Sales and CSMs, this employee will support our sales team at prospect meetings, design implementation, and solution paths, also serve to escalate development work. This role should be professional on technical side, be responsible for complicated client integrations, as well as trouble shootings. 

This role reports to the APAC Manager of Technical Services and Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional about company's products and solutions
  • Manage technical integrations for clients' platforms
  • Work with Sales/Pre-sales team ensuring solution feasibility
  • Communicate with clients' tech teams, guiding them about implementation
  • Manage trouble shootings for clients during integration
  • Cooperate with CSM on technical integration key points and project delivery timeline, ensuring clients onboarded smoothly

  • 1-3 years experience supporting cloud based SaaS products
  • Bachelor degree or above in computer science or information systems

Exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect Intern with IT or SaaS industry experience. 

In this role, the solutions architect will help gather technical requirements for potential clients and ensure their needs can be met by the software. Working alongside the Sales, Onboarding, and Technical Services teams, this employee will support our sales team at prospect meetings, act as a product expert in the sales process, understand the technical implementation to a point where they can act as a level 1 technical resource in the sales process, and serve to escalate development work to product for key/strategic accounts. The resource will “tee up” a prospect to have a smooth transition to implementation and onboarding teams.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support sales teams as product specialist and primary technical resource
  • Gather client requirements throughout the sales process
  • Develop solutions design and technical integration documentation to support implementation
  • Draft technical RFP responses and project manage technical and security questionnaire responses
  • Take responsibility of new client technical onboardings, also trouble shootings along the project
  • Work with product teams to deliver client requests and communicate product vision to prospective clients
  • Deliver in depth product walkthroughs to enterprise clients
  • Identifies current and future customer services requirements
  • Provides product, or service information by answering questions and requests
  • Support Sales team to negotiate technical related contract terms and closes sales by agreeing to terms and conditions
  • Prepares presentations for client's meetings and keeps customer records

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Other SEA languages a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and digital marketing solutions. Technical knowledge of eCommerce web and mobile-app development a plus
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Voracious learner willing to be out of their comfort zone
  • Natural curiosity leading to a deep understanding of the client’s challenges
  • Proven performance in a pre-sales support role selling a SaaS solution through demonstrations, drafting RFP responses, and onboarding sales executives
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1 or more years working in a tech-consulting role at a digital marketing or technology company. Familiarity of affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred
