Your Role at Impact:
As a NetSuite Systems Analyst, you will be assisting the senior finance analyst for the implementation, support and maintenance of Impact’s Finance stack, of which NetSuite and PBCS are key platforms.
This role forms part of a growing global Business Applications Team who are responsible for partnering with business teams to ensure Impact has a suite of carefully selected, fit for purpose, well managed, tightly governed and well adopted technology platforms and tools that work together to drive internal productivity.
You will be assisting with the functions relating to implementation and support of the finance technology platforms.
What You'll Do:
- NetSuite ERP administration, user support and training. This includes security, upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide level 1 and 2 support of NetSuite while managing the Jira support board.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate and document business requirements into well‐architected solutions that best leverage the NetSuite platform alongside other business platforms.
- Assist in managing implementation partners and partners of record.
- Model and design innovative, well‐architected solutions that best leverage our internal core platforms and the integrations of these platforms e.g. Salesforce and PBCS.
- Design, configure/develop, test, document and maintain out of the box and / or custom solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a NetSuite ERP implementation and 3rd party plug-ins to NetSuite.
- Produce project artifacts such as user flows, logical models and technical solutions documents.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality delivery.
- Creation of business training material within the finance ecosystem.
- Facilitate adoption of NetSuite functionality across various departments.
- Ability to create insightful reports and dashboards that aid business processes and users.

Why this role is exciting:
The Incentive Compensation Manager is a key member of the Finance Operations team and is responsible for ensuring that sales incentive compensation plans help drive activities which directly contribute to the achievement of company financial and operational objectives. The Sale Incentive Compensation team combines cross functional alignment with Revenue Operations, attention to detail and adherence to both the payroll and corporate accounting calendars in ensuring complete, accurate and timely payouts to plan participants. Reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, the person in this role proactively identifies risks and opportunities while developing recommendations based on in-depth analysis of results.
The Incentive Compensation Manager plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the company's objectives and competitive practices. This position is also responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations. As exceptions or suggested modifications are proposed by various stakeholders, this person will document the issues and bring them to the incentive compensation committee for resolution and communicate the resolution as needed. This exciting opportunity provides global responsibility as well as excellent visibility at the executive level.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the development, implementation and administration of global sales incentive compensation programs
- Builds and maintain incentive compensation plan documents for distribution
- Owns the global commission process including review of attainment metrics, ensuring and documenting proper approvals, statement creation and payroll submissions
- Serve as a key member of the cross-functional Incentive Compensation Committee whereas the annual creation of the incentive compensation plans and quota assignment is determined. Additionally, feedback is solicited from Revenue Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, and Country leadership about plans, quotas, amendments, and exceptions throughout the year.
- Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives while driving increases in sales efficiency and sales performance.

Impact.com is on the search for a Product Enablement Specialist to join our team and help improve our platform’s guided in-app experience.
The Product Enablement Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the creation of product tours, analyzing user behavior, troubleshooting in-app guide drop-off, and running routine reporting and analyzing performance to present learnings to the team and to recommend in-app guidance improvements.
We are looking for someone who loves to dive deep into data, enjoys problem solving, is extremely organized and detail-oriented. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the technical writers, product managers, UX/UI design team, and engineers to identify user needs and where in-app guides would be effective
- Assist with designing, developing and maintaining in-app guides for all audiences across the impact.com platform.
- Continuously improve in-app guidance solutions by analyzing user behavior and feedback, and by experimenting with new approaches and solutions.
- Conduct guide audits to ensure consistency and relevance across hundreds of in-app guides and communications.
- Run daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to measure in-app guidance performance

As an Associate BI Engineer, your focus will be on delivering small tasks for the squad, testing end to end, assisting QA with Staging environments and fixing broken builds.

Your Role at Impact:
The Security Analyst is responsible for ensuring that Impact’s security measures meet the highest security standards. The Security Analyst actively works with 3rd party vendors, the Infrastructure Squads and the Global Service Desk to provide IT Security support to the organization. This role is key in delivering Impact’s IT Security threat analysis and incident response.
What You'll Do:
- Good understanding and exposure to Information Security standards, architecture and Models.
- Experience in creating new ways to solve existing production security issues and recommending security enhancements.
- Participate in Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) in the identification, containment, eradication, and resolution of security issues.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the IT security industry including awareness of new or revised security solutions, improved security processes and the identification and resolution of vulnerabilities and threat vectors.
- Provide recommendations for additional security solutions or enhancements to existing controls, to improve overall enterprise security and “defense in depth” strategy

Your Role at Impact:
The Senior Analytics Engineer is a technical data professional; able to manage, process and analyse large datasets using big data technologies such as Apache Spark, SingleStore and BigQuery as well as being able to visualise and report on these datasets. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing and implementing efficient data workflows to move, transform, aggregate and enrich data from various sources into a centralised data warehouse and purpose-built data marts, ensuring internal code management and data quality standards are adhered to, in addition to providing users access to standard reports, rich visualisations and other analytical data assets.
The position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, programming skills and experience with big data technologies. This is a highly collaborative role as the engineer needs to engage with Subject Matter Experts to implement business logic, understand source data structures and ensure data outputs are accurate, fit-for-purpose, pass quality assurance and provide value to the business.

- Design, develop and maintain data models, data marts and analytical data stores

Your Role at Impact:
As a Software Engineer, your focus will be on delivering stories for the squad, monitoring production environments and managing deployments to production. This role assumes that you are able to utilize the latest features of a language and can effectively select and implement the right design pattern to solve problems independently. Your Role at Impact:
The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large and complex datasets to identify patterns and trends, develop insights and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data analysis, reporting and forecasting with the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders ranging from associate to executive level.
The Senior Data Analyst will fulfill a key role in the development and expansion of a strong data analytics competency, with special focus on developing data and reporting outputs aligned with key business objectives across the organization. The Analyst will be a contributing member of the analytics center of excellence and help drive adoption of industry best practices relating to data analytics and visualization.
What You'll Do:
- Extract and analyze data from various sources including relational databases (mySQL, postgres), big data technologies (BigQuery, Kudu, Impala, SingleStore, Hive), file sources (parquet, ORC, avro, csv, xlsx) and reporting systems (Looker, DOMO)

As a B2B Account Executive, you will be engaging directly with businesses of all sizes, helping them to grow their business through partnership marketing. You will use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business, as well as grow the customers' usage of the Impact platform over time. You will use your knowledge of digital marketing to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant, running the sales process end to end with the customer. What you will be doing:
- Develop and be responsible for your own annual, quarterly and monthly territory business plan
- Generate pipeline by proactively sourcing opportunities within the designated territory
- Run discovery calls with C- level executives and department leaders
- Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C -level
- Prepare & deliver world-class demos and value-based presentations
- Answer prospects’ questions about product value, uses, integrations, and implementation
- Proactively drive the process with a prospective client from initial prospecting to a signed contract and internal handoff
- Drive active engagement by all internal and external stakeholders necessary to close a deal
- Update SFDC daily with all relevant details needed to reflect business reality

Salary range: $190K-$210K potential total on target earnings (base + commission), per year, plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

Your Role at Impact:
The IT Support Specialist is the first point of contact for 700+ employees globally. You will responsible for troubleshooting end user issues on various SaaS applications, hardware, network, and telecommunication systems. The role reports to the IT Manager located in New York City.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with the global IT team to provide support across all time zones
- Adhere to an agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) to ensure all issues are dealt with and resolved within an agreed upon time frame

What You Have:
- 3-5 years of experience providing IT support in a fast paced environment (Bachelor degree preferred)
- Experience supporting SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and other SaaS applications
- Experience with using a ticking system such as Jira, Freshdesk, etc.
- Ability to support Macs, Windows, and Chromebook business environment
- Capable of identifying problems and develop solutions in a timely manner

- Escalation Management:

- Help to facilitate all renewal and expansion opportunities
- Analyse program performance to identify renewal expansion opportunities

What You Have:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 2+ years direct B2B SaaS sales experience, strong preference towards marketing technology (tracking, measurement, etc)

As an email/analyst marketer, you will have the opportunity to develop and revamp our entire email program, from nurtures, to newsletters, and ad hoc requests.
Working under the Marketo Ops Manager, and alongside the demand generation team, this role is responsible for owning the development and optimization of our email programs, ultimately generating a net-new pipeline for our business.
You’ll be responsible for developing targeted email campaigns, messaging and design, as well as manage campaign deliverables and launch timelines to generate business. You will also have the opportunity to identify new email campaign opportunities and areas for optimization.
This role will also be responsible for running analytics and reports for the paid media side of demand generation. You’ll manage our reporting to understand ROAS across all channels, content, and creatives.
What you will be doing:
- Execute campaign deliverables in our Marketo instance: email, campaign and program setup, and help with data hygiene
- Assist with the implementation of email policies and best practices.
- Maintaining email calendar
- Partner with Marketing Ops and DG leadership to understand campaign efficiency and ROI
- Responsible for maintaining, tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of demand generation activities and channels, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports. Includes campaign performance, channel contributions, full-funnel and attribution analysis, ROI and performance against budget and forecast.

- 1-2 years Marketo experience

This position will be responsible for office management by providing hospitality, customer service, and business operations solutions for the impact.com office at the building level and will provide HR administrative support.
