We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Influencer Consulting Director to join our team. This individual will guide a team that will work with our top brands and assist with creator recruitment, engagement, and growth strategies for brands ensuring a vibrant and active network.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a team of Creative Consulting Managers and ensure the team is building strong relationships with clients and creators to foster a sense of community and collaboration.
- Direct the development and implementation of strategies to attract creators who are aligned with client and company goals.
- Lead strategy consulting workshops for top Creator Clients.
- Working closely with the Sr Manager of Creator Relations to ensure a healthy supply of creators for strategic client campaigns.

Your Role at impact.com:
The Fraud Prevention Forensic Analyst (FPFA) is responsible for supporting the Fraud and Compliance team through comprehensive data analysis, identifying fraud patterns and trends, and contributing to fraud detection strategy development across impact.com’s platforms.
Working closely with the Associate Manager, Fraud Prevention, the FPFA plays a critical role in analyzing large datasets to uncover suspicious behavior, refine fraud detection processes, and inform strategic decisions. This role requires expertise in data analysis and familiarity with fraud detection methods to contribute effectively to impact.com’s risk mitigation efforts.
What You'll Do:
Data Analysis & Pattern Recognition:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of transaction data, partner activity, and traffic sources to detect fraud patterns and trends.
- Regularly monitor platform data for irregularities, anomalies, or suspicious activity that may indicate potential fraud.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key fraud metrics and performance indicators, providing actionable insights to the Fraud Prevention team.
Fraud Detection & Trend Analysis:

This role is pivotal in driving internal company value by shaping the strategic vision, design, development, and adoption of our internal applications ecosystem. As the Product Manager for Internal Tooling, your focus will be on enabling the business internally by enhancing efficiencies, productivity, integrations, automations, and usability. You will ensure that the internal user experience is seamless, intuitive, and highly effective for impact.com employees, who are your primary clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of various internal teams and translating these needs into actionable product strategies. Your Role at Impact:
Content is central to Impact’s greater mission of empowering and growing the partnership economy. To help achieve this goal, the Content Marketer works closely with the Content Marketing Manager and different subject matter experts (SMEs) within the organization, such as the leadership team, partner and CSM teams, the design team, and demand gen/programs teams.
This role requires staying abreast of industry events and changes, which informs their multimedia content development (blog posts, infographics, eBooks, microsites, videos, etc.), making sure that all content pieces align with the brand mission and support our objectives and key results (OKRs).
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable٫ refined skills in writing, storytelling, copyediting, and a complete understanding of content production. You should be detail-oriented and able to work proficiently under pressure. Additionally٫ your expertise in content optimization such as for SEO, demand gen, and branding would be a great boon to the team.
What You'll Do:
- Research and competitor analysis (products and services, content, messaging, and distribution tactics)
- Understand target readers and their key problems, jobs to be done, and online behavior
- Support the full content marketing program, from the ideation and brainstorming process through to the production and launch of content pieces based on overarching product themes across the demand-side perspective
- Know Impact’s user, technology, the greater industry, and competition, and be an informed voice to help drive content strategy and creation
- Develop domain expert in the area of performance marketing, influencer marketing, strategic partnerships, ambassadors, etc.,
- Help maintain a comprehensive content calendar for the organization
- Write and edit thought leadership pieces to support marketing and demand gen activities, including whitepapers, blog posts, bylines, webinars, eBooks, and other forms of marketing content
- Support the ongoing development, distribution, maintenance, and amplification of bylines, ebooks, blog posts, podcasts, videos, whitepapers, infographics, interactive microsites, research pieces, and more
- Apply creative storytelling techniques to present our positioning, thought leadership, and messaging in fresh ways that resonate with each target audience
- Partner with sales, marketing, partnerships, product management, sales enablement, and operations to ensure increased diversity of voices throughout the organization to discover and capture point of views, practical experiences, advice, best practices, and other forms of partnership knowledge — from organizational knowledge to customer wisdom
- Optimize and run the content approval, content launch content feedback and improvement process for new deliverables
- Read and digest primers and training materials produced by product marketing and SMEs throughout the organization to generate new angles of thought leadership
- Track content performance; conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis (looking for insights, traffic, sources, etc); Tracking and measuring the performance of all of the content created from a high-level view down to the granular. Identify top performing pieces of content and repackage them into other formats (video, podcast, infographic, social posts).
- Refreshing existing content and updating it with the latest information and SEO best practices
What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, English, marketing, or journalism preferred.
- Experience in the digital marketing, performance marketing, and affiliate marketing space
- Over 2 years of content marketing or communications experience
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience, with a portfolio of published pieces.
- Working knowledge of content management systems and Google applications.
- Storytelling skills.

impact.com is seeking a Creator Relations Manager to run day-to-day creator onboarding focused on new creator growth and retention. This role is critical in helping creators on the impact.com platform understand how to utilize our tools to thrive and grow. The Creator Relations Manager will establish 1:1 relationships with creators who have joined the platform within the quarter, conducting onboarding calls and emailing various strategies to grow their overall brand partnerships and to start earning with their partners.
As the Creator Relations Manager you will be responsible for monitoring newly joined creators & getting in touch with them to have a friendly 1:1 touch point as soon as they join. You’ll also be responsible for tracking your outreach, goals, and performance.

- Bachelor or Master degree
- 3+ years direct B2B SaaS sales experience, strong preference towards marketing technology (tracking, measurement, etc)

Your Role at impact.com:
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be an impact.com platform expert enabled to provide world-class customer support. You will assist our clients on how to best use our platform to manage their Partnerships Channel. Engage with a wide range of clients (from small publishers to multinational brands) via our in-app live chat and ticket system. Collaborate within your team and with other teams across the globe using a selection of tools to craft solutions to clients’ issues. Your Role at impact.com:
This person is an expert at Impact technology and will be tasked to deliver custom engineering and advanced technical support to customers that buy those services, or as determined by the Impact leadership team. As Senior Technical Services Engineer, you will resolve or escalate Advanced Technical troubleshooting issues in a timely and efficient manner as well as assisting with proposing technical solutions and tech issues for our clients. Specific activities will include interfacing with clients (business and technology) and answering questions on the integration process and technology, best practices and performance expectations. As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will be working within a fast-paced, agile team, building the user experience for the next generation of Impact’s partnership automation platform. You will learn our component library, micro-UI tech stack, and deployment packages. You will own product features from idea to production.

Your primary focus will be to help build and design our AI focus regulated compliance tools and combine that with our existing compliance tools. This will include, creating APIs, Pub/Sub using Kafka, batch jobs, spring boot, spring AI, LLMs and Vector stores mostly focused around Vertex AI but not exclusively.

Your Role at impact.com:
As a Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Impact, your key responsibilities will include delivering high quality software, loudly advocating for software testing best practices, and helping to instill a strong quality mindset in those around you. This role will work closely with 3-5 other Software Quality Assurance Engineers and will be responsible for the quality of our software through every phase of feature delivery. Beyond your immediate scrum team, you will be a quality advocate and coordinator, working informally across teams to guide and influence decisions that improve our quality assurance processes throughout the company.
You will use your deep understanding of different software testing methodologies to build successful testing strategies, documentation and training to create systemic quality improvements. Metrics and accountability will be key aspects of your role.
Successful applicants will be expected to be detail oriented when testing new features, but will be able to pivot to broader planning efforts with other team leaders when necessary. Our team is global, so strong communication and flexibility are essential.

Your Role at impact.com:
As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Impact, your key responsibilities will carry a dual mandate, being to deliver the highest quality software to our end users while simultaneously ensuring the persistence of the quality standard by means of automated regression. This is a rare opportunity in QA to have a direct influence on the quality of our software through every phase of the feature delivery workflow. This role will fully encompass all responsibilities associated with the Quality Assurance complement for a designated squad.
The applicant who is ultimately successful will be expected to scrutinize new features with a high attention to detail and document the methodology utilised in the form of a detailed test plan containing the respective test cases specific to the feature. Upon successful deployment of the feature, the scenarios detailed in the test plan are then to be automated using Java and selenium webdriver.
The person filling this role will also be mandated with conducting the regression testing phase of the deployment workflow process and reporting on results timeously. The successful candidate will partner closely with software Development Engineers and Product Managers to understand product requirements as well as functionality for developing appropriate build scripts, test plans and test cases.
What You'll Do:

- Review product design documentation to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of the overall system.
- Define test methods and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions
- Recommend design improvements or corrections to engineers throughout the SDLC.
- Maintain effective communication with the project software engineers on project limitation, capability, performance requirement and hardware interface changes.
- Execute test plans and create test reports to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction.
- Testing will include functional and nonfunctional, integration, regression, system, smoke and sanity testing (minimum)
- Monitor program performance after implementation to prevent re-occurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation.
- Conduct compatibility tests with vendor-provided programs.
- Formulate and design software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
- Create test tools that facilitate data gathering and test method execution.
- Support manufacturing by verifying fixture software or any software used during production.
- Participate in risk management meetings.
- Scripting of test cases against manually scripted test cases / TestRail
- Run regression tests against the applications then diagnose & report all issues
- Implement automated tests using a Selenium framework
- Defect Management
- Implement scripts and server configurations for automated build and testing environments
- Provide reports and procedures on Automation runs & progress
- Reporting and tracking test metrics such as test and code coverage
- Ensure QA automated test framework is documented, with focus on continuity
