Why this role is exciting: 

You will work with both the local finance team involved in the day-day core accounting functions within the business and the group Corporate Accounting team involved in overall responsibility for the Impact.com China entity. Carrying out effective financial controls over the functions allocated including, as well as the ability to adapt and implement change to the existing processes within the financial control environment. You will be expected to collaborate and support the group Corporate Accounting function, the FP&A function on an ad hoc basis, providing support to the technical accounting function and contribute to other finance maturity, and transformation initiatives, including systems. You will play a key-role in the month-end close and reporting process, contributing to ensuring that our reporting is timeously and accurately closed in line with the business objectives and group accounting policies. This incumbent/person is a fast learner, a self-starter and capable of producing work of a high quality without close supervision.  

What you will be doing: 

  • Under limited supervision, responsible for moderately complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger of the full for the Impact.com China entity
  • Perform monthly close processes for accounting activities allocated to you, ensuring that these areas are closed accurately and timeously in line with Finance close objectives each month
  • Act as a first reviewer on certain focus areas within the close process
  • Implementing balance sheet reconciliation initiatives ensuring balance sheet accounts within the scope of accounting areas allocated are built (if this does not exist) and maintaining these schedules on a monthly basis as part of the close process
  • Work closely with other business units and cross functional teams to implement new initiatives and projects, including local support and education of group processes and controls 
  • Provide support and assistance to the technical accounting department on an ad hoc basis
  • Collaborate and support the FP&A function on an ad hoc basis
  • Report to and collaborate with the group corporate accounting team to ensure accounting records are in line with group accounting policies
  • Act as contact point with local accounting service provider and first reviewer of the service provider output on all local accounting matters and records
  • Overall responsibility and oversight of all local finance matters and liaising with appropriate group team on areas such as treasury and banking matters, global clearing house support billing and collections and payments
  • Provide support where needed to local country management on relevant finance
  • Own all local statutory and compliance (including tax, accounting, regulatory filings, etc.) and all audits in coordination with external service providers, including liaising with the global tax team.

Does this sound like you?

  • 6-10 years of experience in a similar role/Big Four audit firm experience advantageous
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Big Four audit firm experience as well as technology environment will be an advantage
  • Previous experience in an international company is advantageous
  • Microsoft Office/Google Suite proficiency
  • Interest in working as part of an international team across time zones and regions
  • Experience in US GAAP advantageous
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin non-negotiable (both in verbal and written communications)

Travel Required:

Percentage of Travel Required: 10% - 20%

Your Role at Impact:

This role will offer valuable operations support to the Web Development, Web Design, Web Analytics, and Social Media teams as they grow Impact’s digital marketing footprint in the Marketing Tech/SaaS industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for the overall operation of the company's brand website, formulated website marketing strategy, optimized operation process, and formulated a perfect online operation system
  • Update various types of web-based content
  • Developed product roadmap for website iteration, and put forward operation strategy based on market feedback.

Your Role at Impact:

As Marketing Development Representative, you will be the first line of contact at Impact responsible for generating new business through inbound opportunities by helping prospects understand the value of Impact. Using a multitude of sales methods and tools, you will discover, plan and prospect new accounts that will drive long-term success for our customers and our business.

What You'll Do:

  • Solid understanding of the SaaS business model and the unique elements of an enterprise SaaS sales process

What You'll Do:

  • Provide enterprise-level Product Support to our customers and partners, covering chat and ticketing. Empower our customers to get the most out of our platform and grow their businesses.

Your Role at Impact:

Assists paying clients to quickly setup and launch their accounts. The position acts as the project manager for clients that have transitioned from the Sales team, ensuring that each milestone is completed on time and effectively. As the project manager of the set-up project they are responsible for making sure each set-up follows our Onboarding Process. The position supports pre-sales consulting work if needed. The Onboarding Specialist is a strong individual contributor and champion for improved activation tools such as project plans, guidelines, documents, training etc.

  • Professional about company's products and solutions
  • Manage technical integrations for clients' platforms
  • Work with Sales/Pre-sales team ensuring solution feasibility
  • Communicate with clients' tech teams, guiding them about implementation
  • Manage trouble shootings for clients during integration
  • Cooperate with CSM on technical integration key points and project delivery timeline, ensuring clients onboarded smoothly
  • Support pre sales consulting, collect clients' requirements when needed, assist Sales team winning deals
  • Other duties as assigned by the Company.

 

What You Have:

  • 1-3 years experience supporting cloud based Saas products
  • Bachelor degree or above in computer science or information systems
  • Previous experience onboarding Standard and Professional level accounts
  • Previous experience of technical supports
