Why this role is exciting:  

Working under the Marketing Director Greater China , the Demand Generation Marketer owns the launch and execution of lead generation and ABM campaigns to engage our target accounts and ultimately generate pipeline. This person works closely with internal teams and external vendors to develop highly targeted campaign messaging and design, as well as manage campaign deliverables and launch timelines. This person focuses heavily on WeChat campaigns, Email marketing, direct media buys and events while supporting creative development across other demand generation channels. You will also have the opportunity to identify new campaign opportunities and areas for optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the creative development, launch, and ongoing optimization of demand generation and ABM campaigns to align with company initiatives and ABM
  • Day-to-day job duties include:
    • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to project manage campaign theme ideation and campaign deliverables
    • Maintaining campaign budgets
    • Researching new media buy opportunities
    • Managing campaign launch calendar
    • Develop and execute on A/B testing strategies
    • Suggest new, innovative areas for growth
  • Project manage the creation of campaign creatives asses such as digital ads, emails, landing pages, and collateral
  • Optimize toward agreed upon campaign KPI’s and ultimately meet agreed upon marketing attributed pipeline and NMRR
  • Develop and maintain integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns
  • Adhere to campaign launch calendars and timelines

Why this role is exciting:

As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for the acquisition and onboarding of new strategic partners/publishers (known internally as Elite Referral Partners) as well as selling SaaS and Services to help power Elite Referral Partners direct advertiser partnerships. In certain cases, you will also be responsible for mentoring and delegating duties to the Partnership Development team as well as BDRs they are assigned to work with.

What you will do:

  • Prospect, source and nurture new Elite Referral Partner leads from inception and through to an active productive partner on the platform.
  • Source opportunities and sell Elite SaaS and potential Service packages to prospective elite referral partners.
  • Grow the number of net new elite referral partners on the Impact platform through direct introductions to advertisers as well as launching in the Impact Marketplace.
  • Execute introductions on behalf of the prospects/new referral partner to strategic advertiser partners to drive new partnerships.
  • Work with Marketing and Partnership Development team members to develop sales, onboarding and marketing assets for prospecting and pitching the Impact platform to new referral partners.
  • Develop prospect target lists and participate on developing prospecting strategies based on referral partner verticals, in partnership with the leadership team.
  • Manage  the inbound referral process between new media partners and Impact Sales- transmitting information and leads to the appropriate Impact team members and carefully monitoring and assisting with the progress of those opportunities

What you have:

  • Moderate understanding of supporting cloud based SaaS products
  • Moderate knowledge in Digital Marketing
  • Moderate knowledge of Impact’s PC products (primarily Radius and MediaRails) as it relates to the Supply Side of the business
  • Moderate understanding of the affiliate, influencer and mobile marketing space
  • Moderate understanding of competitor technology and business models

Technical Solutions Specialist helps formulate ideal technical solutions for potential clients. Working alongside the Sales and CSMs, this employee will support our sales team at prospect meetings, design implementation, and solution paths, also serve to escalate development work. This role should be professional on technical side, be responsible for complicated client integrations, as well as trouble shootings. 

This role reports to the APAC Manager of Technical Services and Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Professional about company's products and solutions
  • Manage technical integrations for clients' platforms
  • Work with Sales/Pre-sales team ensuring solution feasibility
  • Communicate with clients' tech teams, guiding them about implementation
  • Manage trouble shootings for clients during integration
  • Cooperate with CSM on technical integration key points and project delivery timeline, ensuring clients onboarded smoothly

  • 1-3 years experience supporting cloud based SaaS products
  • Bachelor degree or above in computer science or information systems
  • Previous experience onboarding Standard and Professional level accounts
