The Customer Revenue team is the commercial arm of customer growth at impact.com. Our department is responsible for all commercial activity in the customer life-cycle – contract changes, renewals, upsells, and downsells.
As a Renewal Manager, your role is highly collaborative internally and externally to grow accounts at time of renewal, mitigate downsells, drive incremental revenue expansion and execute contract changes throughout the customer lifecycle.
