Why this role is exciting:

As HR Associate and Office Manager you'll be leading the UK Impact office facility and working on a variety of HR administrative tasks. This is a fantastic role for a motivated and creative candidate who already has strong organisational skills, and is looking to expand their skill set into a HR function.You will play an integral role in the organisational strength of the London office. This role will assist with all aspects of employee engagement initiatives, booking travel including hotel, flight, ground transportation and entertainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide office management, administrative support and manage facilities and IT related functions.
  • Work directly with headquarters and remote offices on various office and administrative related projects as needed.
  • HR administrative tasks. (Data entry, recruitment coordination etc.) 
  • Manage housekeeping tasks related to office supplies, kitchen stocked items, catered lunches, office events, travel, corporate apartment and employee planned outings and activities.
  • Provide support as the onsite contact as needed for special activities, projects and events as needed.
  • Plan and organise company charity events.

If you are excited about using your creativity, strategic, project management, account management and consultative selling skills to generate new business then this role will allow you to thrive and succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for building and growing  your own book of business, selling to our top accounts 
  • You will work closely and be supported by the Business Development team.
  • Achieving or exceeding individual quota bringing in new clients to Impact
  • Prior experience driving sales and business development activities is essential
  • Focus on executing transactions in an assigned territory and prospect for new opportunities
  • Manage complete and complex sales-cycles presenting to C-level executives the value of our product
  • Define, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospects
  • Develop and manage strong relationships within our enterprise segment whilst looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue
  • Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalise a go to market strategy and create qualified target accounts
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers

What you’ll have 

  • Marketing technology sales and account management experience
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives in key verticals
  • Understanding of digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
  • Track record of success in carrying a quota, closing medium to large accounts 
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market
  • Must work well in a team selling environment

Preferred but not essential: 

  • Experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS

As a leader in impact.com's Customer Engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer-focused and technically proficient implementation engineers. You will have the excellent opportunity to manage and grow the team, while ensuring all round development and well- being of individual team members. As an experienced technical professional, you will also be able to assist and guide the team in developing best-in-class client solutions on impact.com's award winning Partnership Cloud SaaS platform.

Responsibilities: 

  • Keep up-to-date with Impact’s technology and industry updates
  • Lead and grow a team of technical engineers by recruiting, mentoring and coaching
  • Retain and develop talent through goal setting, career planning and development
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and CFRs to ensure team high satisfaction and well-being
  • Participate in tracking team KPIs and ACRs
  • Quickly become proficient on impact.com's partnership automation platform and related technologies
  • Assist the team in developing custom client solutions, including review and approval of technical plans
  • Build, review, improve and be responsible for the roll out of departmental tools and processes
  • Act as an escalation point for internal and external requests
  • Participate and lead departmental and cross functional projects and initiatives

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science or Commerce discipline
  • 7-10 years of relevant industry/domain experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading the design and development of client solutions on SaaS platforms
  • 3+ years of team lead and/or team management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including client-facing skills
