To start the referral process, please sign up for the referral program here. Once you’ve signed up, you can submit your referral one of two ways:
Passive Referral – Embed impact.com’s tracking links and banners into your content to drive traffic to a dedicated landing page that prompts the referral to “Request a Demo.”
Direct Referral – You introduce the impact.com team directly to your referral via email.
We use the impact.com partnership management platform to programmatically track the referral as it progresses through the deal cycle. Once a referral has been qualified, Referral Partners can check its status on the Partner dashboard in the Partnership Cloud.
The referred individual or organization must be brand new to impact.com, and once they become a paying impact.com customer, then the referral bonus will be paid out. All payments are made through the impact.com platform via Automated Clearing House (ACH) in the Referral Partner’s currency of choice.
Bonuses are paid out 45 days after a referral becomes a paying customer. All payments are made through the impact.com platform via Automated Clearing House (ACH).
Yes. Referral deals must close within 13 months after submission in order for a partner to be eligible for the referral bonus.
