Why this role is exciting:

The Marketing Manager works across the France team to help drive the marketing-related go-to-market strategy and activities for our products, with a special focus on localisation of the content and messaging to ensure maximum impact in the French market. They support the Sales Enablement function, and Programme-manage all French marketing projects.

This role reports to Regional Marketing Director, EMEA. This role is based in France.


  • Know the target market, the technology and the competition, whilst being an informed voice to help drive marketing decisions
  • Become a domain expert in the area of Partnership automation, as well as affiliate marketing, to help establish Impact as a pre-eminent thought leader in the area of Partnership marketing in France
  • Finesse product positioning, messaging, and packaging to help the target market differentiate and understand the Impact solution in your purview
  • Plan and execute Demand Generation activities (including Direct Buy, Email, Direct Mail, eGifting) to achieve French Marketing revenue goals
  • Support and localize agency-led paid social and paid search activity in the French market
  • Own domestic event strategy, including planning and execution of virtual and in-person events
  • Own local press relations including planning writing articles and award
  • Support the ongoing development and distribution of sales enablement marketing tools and tactics such as one-sheets, client emails, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, bylines, webinars, and the website
  • Manage translation of French website content
  • Manage social media channel; monitor and contribute to the active digital marketing efforts and ensure proper positioning is conveyed; drive and analyse traffic through that
  • Partner with sales, corporate marketing, product management, sales enablement, and operations to ensure solutions communication success
  • Source, select and customize thought leadership pieces to support marketing and demand gen activities, including whitepapers, blog posts, bylines, webinars, eBooks and other forms of marketing content; own demand gen strategy and content development
  • Ensure that the marketing initiatives are properly executed in a timely fashion; organise key sessions with stakeholders and ensure that the overall momentum of marketing initiatives is maintained
  • Collaborates with senior management and corporate marketing teams to initiate marketing initiatives and develop new
  • Own local industry body relationships

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years digital marketing or communications experience in French market

Your role at

A high energy, positive, excited leader who will embrace our team and take it to the next level. As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing the Impact presence in France. The Country Manager must become an expert in our technology, the ad-tech ecosystem, our sales processes, our pricing guidelines, and our positioning. Helping to drive growth in revenue and provide excellent leadership to those who report into them. 

Does this sound like you? 

  • Experience in ad-tech/mar-tech.
  • Experience in selling or buying of media in any format.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years in a senior sales or sales management role.
  • Previous experience in SaaS-based sales roles.
  • Experience with business-to-business commerce and Internet communication software.
  • Able to communicate in English and fluent in French.


  • Driving revenue to meet the rapidly growing demand for marketing automation in your respective region.
  • Balance providing strategic leadership for the team of employees in your region with hands-on, direct coaching.
  • Answer prospects’ questions about product value, uses, integrations, and implementation.
  • Proactively drive the process with a prospective client from initial prospecting through the signing of the contract.
  • Championing key customer and partner relationships in the region as their local executive sponsor.
  • Strive towards a profitable P & L ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and reduce excessive spend within your office location.
  • Actively seek out and engage cross-sells, if applicable based on territory.
  • Attend meetings and events strategically by considering cost and return-on-value.
  • Communicating and representing Impact’s vision and strategy along with being Impact’s chief brand ambassador in the region.
  • To work closely with HQ, other country heads and supporting teams (including marketing and Customer Success teams) to devise effective marketing strategies and customer attraction/retention campaigns.
