What You'll Do:
- CPQ Ownership: Take ownership of the Salesforce CPQ implementation through all phases of development
- Strategic Guidance: As the CPQ subject matter expert, provide guidance to ensure best practices are followed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Pricing and Packaging Committee and Product Operations Teams and other System Analysts to guide, elicit, translate and document business requirements and deliver scalable and reliable solutions
- Salesforce CPQ Maintenance and Enhancement: Continuously optimize the Salesforce CPQ system to align with evolving business needs ensuring it aligns with best practices.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products/product bundles and modify existing ones within the Salesforce CPQ framework.
- Rule and Master Data Management:Oversee the configuration and management of Price Rules, Product Rules, Discount Schedules, Product Master, Approval Processes and Custom Script (Quote Calculator Plugin)
- Change and Release Management: Partner with Product Operations and Sales Enablement to effectively release changes to Production
- Documentation: Create and maintain Solution Design Proposal documents and Technical Design documentation to support implemented solutions.
- Technology Updates: Stay abreast of platform changes introduced by vendors
Core Competencies and required experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Active Salesforce Admin and Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications preferred
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ administration, configuration, and optimization.
- Exceptional understanding of CPQ-related features such as product configuration, pricing strategies, discounting models, and quote generation.
- Deep understanding of the Sales, Quoting, Product, Renewal and Contracting Processes. Billing knowledge would be an added advantage
- Experience with Apex and Lightning Components (preferred)
- Previous experience performing business analysis and documenting requirements is preferred
- Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies and working as part of an agile team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex CPQ issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Strategy Team
The Strategy Team is a close-knit group that reports into our Founder & Chief Strategy Officer. We handle:
- Strategy Development & Execution: Crafting and driving impact.com’s overarching business strategy, from big-picture roadmaps to tactical initiatives.
- Core Capability Building: Running the firm’s strategic planning cycle and fueling cross-functional improvements.
- Structured Innovation: Managing “Impact Bets,” a rigorous innovation process to identify and launch new growth opportunities.
- Analytical Task Forces: Stepping in when the business faces complex challenges, providing the data-driven insights needed for solutions.
The Role
As a Strategy Analyst, you’ll tackle some of impact.com’s most critical and complex strategic challenges. You’ll collaborate with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Finance, offering fresh perspectives backed by rigorous analysis. You will be central to shaping the future of the partnerships industry—and of impact.com itself.
What You’ll Do
- Solve High-Stakes Problems: Gather and analyse data, test hypotheses, and build actionable recommendations for initiatives like product strategy, corporate development, and market expansion.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work side-by-side with Strategy Managers, experts from other departments, and senior leadership
- Contribute to Innovation: Support “impact.com Bets,” using data science and strategic thinking to nurture new business ideas or breakthrough initiatives.
- Communicate Insights: Present findings to management and key stakeholders, then implement recommendations with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Education & Experience: A Master’s or Bachelor degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Business) with 1+ years of relevant work experience.

Your Role at impact.com:
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Events Marketing Manager to join our UK marketing team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The Events Marketing Manager works across the UK team to help drive the marketing-related go-to-market strategy and activities for our products, with a special focus on engaging prospects through paid and owned event channels. This requires the execution of unique, creative and strategic in-person and virtual events.
This role reports to the Regional Vice President, Marketing - EMEA. This role is based in London, UK
What You'll Do:
- Produce and execute world-class UK events for trade shows and impact.com-hosted events
- Develop 360 campaigns and promotional assets inclusive of landing pages, email communications, and social promotion
- Drive delivery against stated objectives and KPIs
- Personalise event messaging materials to align with broader marketing content strategy
- Coordinate across external vendors and our press and events agency
- Collaborate with Client Success, Partnerships, and Sales teams to plan for and execute events that are effective for all teams

Your Role at impact.com:
As RVP Sales, EMEA, you’ll lead and develop a team of Account Executives (AEs) across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments in London and Berlin.
Your primary responsibility is ensuring the team hits their individual quotas and overall team targets, driving pipeline generation, bookings, and accurate forecasting. You’ll collaborate with the AVP Sales, Business Development, Channel Partnerships, RevOps, and Marketing to refine sales strategies, optimise TAM expansion, and ensure our sales playbook is executed flawlessly.
This role is about more than just revenue—it’s about building a high-performance Sales culture, developing talent, and ensuring long-term customer success.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Sales Performance: Motivate, coach, and develop a team of tenured AEs to achieve quota, ensuring strong pipeline coverage, territory planning, and deal execution.
- Pipeline & Market Strategy: Work with the AVP Sales to identify market opportunities, refine territory planning, and drive sales execution across key verticals (fintech & crypto, e-commerce, mobile & marketplaces, travel, and B2B SaaS).
- Sales Leadership & Coaching: Context-switch seamlessly between high-volume SMB deals and complex Enterprise engagements—supporting your team in closing deals at all levels.
- Customer Engagement: Join key prospect and customer meetings as a senior stakeholder to build trust, remove friction, and ensure long-term growth.
- Sales Execution: Ensure process adherence across Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales tools, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to refine go-to-market strategies and maximize sales efficiency.
- Scalability & Growth: Identify ways to expand our Total Addressable Market (TAM), improve efficiency, and optimize new product sales.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Drive accurate forecasting (+/- 10%) and ensure strong SFDC hygiene to maintain operational excellence.
- Culture & Motivation: Foster a high-performance, team-first culture with incentives, coaching, and recognition.
What You Have:
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: 3+ years of managing and coaching AEs in a high-growth SaaS environment and a proven track record of getting those teams beyond target.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in partner marketing (affiliate or influencer) or marketing SaaS is a strong plus.
- Sales Methodology Expertise: Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, and JOLT sales frameworks.
- Hands-On Leadership: You’re a practical, self-motivated leader who thrives in the trenches with your team.
