SPOT helps brands reach high intent shopping audiences contextually at scale, via inserting retailer and brand products ads into shopping and product review articles. We need an experienced Account Manager to help manage and coordinate our brands in the USA and UK. The role is supported by a Senior campaign manager and account coordinators.

The ad network features sponsored product listings for various high profile advertisers on leading globally recognized content publishers like CNN, NY Post and Buzzfeed.

Key Objective: The Senior Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring campaigns meet and exceed client expectations.

What You'll Do:

Advertiser strategy and execution

Liaising with advertisers to create an internal sales brief which outlines the goals and general content requirements of the campaign.
Plan campaigns based on content of sales brief, taking into account advertiser’s campaign objectives, copy/style preferences and any other guidelines or requirements.
Coordinate with the team to design and source campaign assets - images, copy, tracking links etc.

Team management and development

Manage and train a team of campaign managers who will gradually take ownership of the campaign design and optimization for specific brands.

Managing daily performance for all campaigns

Daily spend
CTR/ad performance

As an Associate Software Engineer, your focus will be on delivering tasks for the squad, testing end to end, assisting QA with Staging environments and fixing broken builds.

As a Senior Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for learning impact.com’s technology and to assist with proposing and implementing technical solutions for our clients on the company’s SaaS platform. Working alongside the Onboarding, Client Success and other internal teams, you will interact with clients (business and technology), answering questions about the integration process, best practices and impact.com’s technology with the goal of getting clients live with their implementations in a timely manner.

What You'll Do:

Keep up-to-date with impact.com’s technology and industry updates
Design solutions & drive technical implementation of new and existing impact.com clients
Lead technical conversations to scope and propose best solution based on clients’ business needs
Develop and contribute to platform’s technical integration documentation
Work hand-in-hand with our Onboarding team to provide customers with a best-in-class streamlined onboarding experience
Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams as a product specialist and technical resource for complex deals and general knowledge sharing

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Impact, your key responsibilities will carry a dual mandate, being to deliver the highest quality software to our end users while simultaneously ensuring the persistence of the quality standard by means of automated regression. This is a rare opportunity in QA to have a direct influence on the quality of our software through every phase of the feature delivery workflow. This role will fully encompass all responsibilities associated with the Quality Assurance complement for a designated squad.

The applicant who is ultimately successful will be expected to scrutinize new features with a high attention to detail and document the methodology utilized in the form of a detailed test plan containing the respective test cases specific to the feature. Upon successful deployment of the feature, the scenarios detailed in the test plan are then to be automated using Java and selenium webdriver.

The person filling this role will also be mandated with conducting the regression testing phase of the deployment workflow process and reporting on results timeously. The successful candidate will partner closely with software Development Engineers and Product Managers to understand product requirements as well as functionality for developing appropriate build scripts, test plans and test cases.
