Your Role at impact.com:

We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to support the growth and development of our data analytics competency at Impact. As our business expands, we increasingly rely on sophisticated data products and insights to drive data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining data workflows to move, transform, aggregate, and enrich data from various sources into a centralised data warehouse and data marts. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration and optimization of our data infrastructure. What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain scalable data models that meet business requirements, ensuring best practices in schema design. Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate data needs into effective models.
  • Write, optimise, and maintain SQL queries to support data transformation and analysis. Ensure the performance and scalability of SQL code and participate in code reviews to maintain best practices.
  • Implement and manage dbt projects, developing and maintaining models, tests, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Continuously improve dbt workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the establishment and enforcement of data quality standards and governance policies. Monitor data pipelines for accuracy and completeness, and assist in implementing validation procedures to resolve data issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

What You Have:

  • Proven experience in developing data marts to support business reporting and analytics
  • Strong understanding of relational database management systems, data modelling, and schema design
  • Proficient in SQL development and Python programming
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in data pipeline development and data warehousing
  • Knowledge of data integration patterns, data load patterns, and software development best practices
  • Familiarity with version control tools

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Products & Pages Data Teams. As the Product Manager for Products & Pages Data at Impact, you will ensure that brands have the ability to effectively market their product inventory through their partnerships as well as provide our brands with high value media intelligence through web scraping.  This includes e-commerce integrations, product enhancement, and new product discovery and social & Web listening.  Effective marketing of products is really at the heart of partnerships, so this is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role at Impact.

Your Role at impact.com:

This person is an expert at Impact technology and will be tasked to deliver custom engineering and advanced technical support to customers that buy those services, or as determined by the Impact leadership team. As Senior Technical Services Engineer, you will resolve or escalate Advanced Technical troubleshooting issues in a timely and efficient manner as well as assisting with proposing technical solutions and tech issues for our clients. Specific activities will include interfacing with clients (business and technology) and answering questions on the integration process and technology, best practices and performance expectations. This role entails working with the technology and customer support teams to identify and analyze data errors to help ensure stability and reliability of the Impact Radius platform.

Your Role at impact.com:

Overview: SPOT is an impact.com contextual advertising service which places retail product listings on relevant commerce content articles (for instance Buzzfeed Shopping or CNN Underscored). SPOT helps brands reach high intent shopping audiences contextually at scale, via inserting retailer and brand products ads into shopping and product review articles. We need an experienced Account Manager to help manage and coordinate our brands in the USA and UK. The role is supported by a Senior campaign manager and account coordinators. 

 

The ad network features sponsored product listings for various high profile advertisers on leading globally recognized content publishers like CNN, NY Post and Buzzfeed. 

 

Key Objective: The Senior Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring campaigns meet and exceed client expectations. 



What You'll Do:

Advertiser strategy and execution

    1. Liaising with advertisers to create an internal sales brief which outlines the goals and general content requirements of the campaign.
    2. Plan campaigns based on content of sales brief, taking into account advertiser’s campaign objectives, copy/style preferences and any other guidelines or requirements. 
    3. Coordinate with the team to design and source campaign assets - images, copy, tracking links etc.
  1. Team management and development
  1. Manage and train a team of campaign managers who will gradually take ownership of the campaign design and optimization for specific brands. 
  1. Managing daily performance for all campaigns 
    1. This involves monitoring and optimizing key metrics from the ad server and impact.com such as:
      1. Daily spend
      2. CTR/ad performance
      3. Daily sales/ROAS (taken from data in impact.com)
      4. SKU level data to identify which products are performing (taken from impact.com)
      5. Balance remaining
      6. Identify which campaigns require creative refresh based on low or declining performance
  2. Monitoring Advertiser campaigns across publishers
    1. Monitoring publisher revenue across different brands and campaigns
    2. Monitoring impressions, CTR and revenue 
    3. Flagging any unusual drops in impressions or revenue which may indicate poor brand fit, technical problems, or targeting/frequency capping issues.

What You Have:

 

  • Proven hands on experience with paid media platforms is essential - meta, programmatic, search
  • Performance marketing knowledge and experience  - technology, commercial models, metrics
  • Demonstrated knowledge of tracking technology, attribution, conversion performance etc.

As an Associate Software Engineer, your focus will be on delivering tasks for the squad, testing end to end, assisting QA with Staging environments and fixing broken builds.
