Brett is Partner at Bonfire Ventures. Bonfire invests in seed-stage business software companies with a regional focus on Southern California. Prior to Bonfire, Brett served over a two-decades span in senior executive positions at Siebel Systems, Salesforce.com, and smartrecruiters.

Erwin Plomp is a seasoned AdTech executive and board advisor at impact.com, with over 20 years of experience scaling technology businesses across Europe, the U.S., and Asia.

He is currently the owner of MILA B.V. and previously co-founded Falk Realtime (acquired by Fyber), where he served as CEO and drove investor relations, international expansion, and commercial strategy. Erwin has also held senior leadership roles at Exactag, eValue Ventures, EyeWonder, and DoubleClick/Google.

Patrick is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Partnerships at Okta, where he leads the company’s partner strategy, program, and partners. Prior to Okta, McCue developed and expanded Gigya’s partner program and served as VP of Channels at QlikTech and ExactTarget.

Patrick has more than 25 years of experience in technology, with 20 years focused on alliances and channels, three successful IPOs, and multiple companies sold under his management.

Shaunice has spent more than two decades performing diversity, equity, and inclusion work in various business and diversity-related roles, including as VP/Chief Diversity and Multicultural Initiatives Officer. She has worked across a number of industries, from financial services, media, legal, and healthcare to academia, government, and technology.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Cristy Ebert Garcia spearheads impact.com’s marketing, events, public relations and communications, demand generation, branding, website, design and social media. Named by Business Insider as one of “The Most Important Marketing-Tech Executives of 2021,” Cristy leads an award-winning team of marketers.

Prior to her current role, Cristy was Vice President of Global Marketing at Celtra and before that, Rakuten Advertising. She is part of the Forbes Communications Council, regularly contributing articles about the expanding power of partnerships to drive revenue and growth. She is also a member of Chief, a network designed to highlight and mentor women in executive leadership positions.

Dale Lynch is the Chief Financial Officer at impact.com, where precision, foresight, and robust financial strategy shape the cornerstone of our operations. With an accomplished career marked by significant milestones and financial acumen, he oversees the fiscal management and innovation engine driving impact.com’s success.

Dale joined impact.com following his tenure as CFO at ShiftMed, instrumental in catapulting the healthcare marketplace toward an anticipated IPO. His leadership fortified ShiftMed’s financial foundation—overseeing the fortification of executive financial leadership, financial planning and analysis, data analytics, capital markets, and investor relations with a strategic hand. His financial expertise was further showcased at MarketWise, where, under his guidance as CFO, operational overhauls refined the company’s trajectory—cementing a celebrated $2.9 billion IPO and elevating enterprise value.

Dave joined impact.com in February 2017 as a seasoned media and technology executive. With 20 years of leadership experience for premier SaaS companies in MarTech, Dave brings deep operational expertise and a proven track record in growing companies through key phases of fiscal development.

Before joining impact.com, Dave was CEO of Marin Software, a San Francisco-based global leader in paid search SaaS technology. He was also the President of Technology Solutions at Conversant, and CEO of Gigya. Dave served on the board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau and as a lieutenant and CIO in the United States Navy. He currently serves as a board member of the Cloud Software Association, the largest network of more than 4,000 partnership leaders across SaaS. In 2022, Dave authored The Partnership Economy: How Modern Businesses Find New Customers, Grow Revenue, and Deliver Exceptional Experiences.

As impact.com’s Chief Productivity Officer, Dirk focuses on boosting our operational efficiency and productivity. Dirk joined impact.com in 2020 as Managing Director of the South Africa office. Globally, he oversees efforts to enhance internal productivity within the company. A commercially astute technology professional with a track record for driving transformation, Dirk brings a wealth of experience from the retail, financial services, and technology industries.

Prior to joining impact.com, Dirk led technology teams and strategy at Homechoice International for five years.

As Chief Customer Officer at impact.com, Jessica Breslav leads customer experience and operations globally. Her mission is to empower customers and partners to unlock greater value from the platform and achieve breakthrough growth through scalable, high-impact partnerships.

Jessica has been a leader in digital advertising since 2004, having held senior roles at Index Exchange, Criteo, and Commission Junction, where she drove large-scale transformation, customer enablement, and growth. 

Justin Morrison is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at impact.com, where he heads Sales and GTM. With over a decade in sales leadership, he will drive the company’s sales efforts using innovative strategies to support growth and customer retention. His tenure as Geo-Vice President at Sprinklr, overseeing large enterprise sales across the US and Canada, was marked by strategic wins and a knack for surpassing sales goals. Before his time at Sprinklr, Justin served in various sales leadership roles at FinancialForce.

Max is Chief Product Officer at impact.com. Max leads the product management, data science, ops, and growth teams in building great products that deliver sustainable value to impact.com’s customers. Previously, he was Cofounder and CEO of Mediarails before impact.com’s acquisition. Prior to that, he was Head of Global Growth and VP, North America, for Lightinthebox, where he oversaw all growth initiatives, including affiliate and influencer marketing.

He also served as VP of Product and Growth at Lockerz, the first Gen Y social commerce company. Max’s first startup, the early social commerce provider Wishpot, was later acquired by Lockerz. Max began his career at Microsoft as Senior Lead Program Manager.

As Chief People Officer, Michelle focuses on hiring, retaining, and developing top talent across the organization. Michelle brings over 25 years of global HR leadership focused on aligning people operations with business strategy, and creating a community of diverse, engaged employees. At impact.com, she oversees the People Excellence team including talent acquisition, people development, people operations, and business partner teams around the world.

Prior to joining the impact.com team, Michelle served as the VP of People & Places at Deem, Inc. Michelle’s deep expertise comes from multiple leadership roles in leading global tech, finance, and consulting organizations, including Mixpanel, AppSense, Trend Micro, Chase Bank, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has led numerous teams and initiatives that created company cultures that have been recognized by Glassdoor and Comparably with awards including “Best Company in the SF Bay Area”, “Best Company for Women”, and “Best Company for Career Growth” among others.

Per, a serial entrepreneur, is a founder of impact.com and other successful internet businesses including Commission Junction, Leadpoint and Savings.com. Per has run all aspects of internet companies and is the chief architect of impact.com’s product, business and operational strategy.

In 1998, Per helped birth the modern affiliate marketing industry as co-founder and CTO of Commission Junction, the world’s first affiliate network. Per earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and his Master of Science in computer engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Roger is Cofounder and CTO of impact.com, where he is tasked with architecting and enhancing the world’s most scalable and complete marketing technology suite. As CTO, he leads the engineering and product departments. Roger previously was a cofounder and technology leader for several internet technology companies, including Savings.com and Leadpoint.

As Director of Engineering at Commission Junction, Roger transitioned the company to a scalable Java-based technology infrastructure. The transition generated significant IT cost savings while enabling improved development processes that enhanced speed and quality.

A seasoned business operations and development executive, Adam Furness has logged 16 years of experience in the APAC market and has a true passion for technology-based startups.

Prior to joining impact.com, Adam spent four years at RhythmOne (formerly RadiumOne) where his most recent role was Managing Director, Asia Pacific. He’s also held senior leadership roles in sales, strategy, cross-platform, and business development at Southern Cross Austereo, Macquarie Radio Network, and MI9 (formerly ninemsn). Adam is based in the company’s Sydney office.

Adam Mayer brings more than eight years of experience in sales, marketing, and business analysis to his role as Area Vice President of Sales Development at impact.com. He leads initiatives aimed at scaling the sales development function, enhancing pipeline generation, improving conversion rates, and fostering revenue growth across various regions and markets. 

Before joining impact.com, Adam successfully scaled the sales development function at Salesloft as the Global Director of Enterprise Sales Development. Previously, he served as the Sales Team Lead at Indeed, where he honed his skills in team leadership and sales strategy.

As the Senior Director of Customer Experience, Albert leads the product design and user research teams to create innovative solutions that empower and delight impact.com customers. Albert previously led design initiatives as the Director of UX at Estalea and in various Senior Designer roles at Yahoo!. Additionally, Albert serves as an instructor at the University of California, Irvine, where he teaches, mentors, and inspires the next generation of product designers.

As a Senior Principal Engineer at Impact.com, Anatoli oversees the overall Member Portal Web application frontend and backend architecture. Anatoli brings more than 20 years of experience in Web and Internet technology.

Before joining Impact.com, he was a Senior Lead Engineer at Voss Solutions, leading a team working on the Cisco UC platform. Before that a Senior Software Engineer at WT Space Investments, where he created the first Web Based Point of Sale.

Angela Gann is the AVP of Solutions Consulting at impact.com, where she leads pre-sales teams focused on aligning technical solutions with business outcomes. She spearheads initiatives that help brands articulate requirements, scale best practices, and quantify the impact.com platform’s value.

Angela brings over a decade of experience in enterprise MarTech SaaS, with a strong track record of cross-functional team leadership and solution-driven selling. Before joining impact.com, she spent more than nine years at Sprinklr, most recently serving as AVP of Solutions Consulting, where she led teams across multiple divisions to drive strategic growth.

Anthony Clements is the Country Manager for the UK and DACH at impact.com, where he oversees the company’s go-to-market strategy across two of Europe’s largest e-commerce markets. He leads efforts to help new and existing customers scale acquisition, drive revenue, and unlock value through trusted partnerships.

Anthony brings nearly 20 years of experience in the partnerships industry. Before joining impact.com, he spent five years as Managing Partner at Adtraction, where he launched and grew the company’s UK business. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Awin, advancing from Client Services Director to Country Manager while building high-performing teams and pioneering affiliate solutions for some of Europe’s leading brands.

He is recognized for his expertise in scaling partnerships, customer success, and helping advertisers connect with their most valuable audiences.

Antoni joined impact.com as part of the 2016 acquisition of Forensiq, where he served as VP of Product for the company’s leading ad fraud detection platform. Today Antoni oversees product development by impact.com’s Integrations Tribe.

With experience in all aspects of product development and business operations and deep expertise in the fraud detection space, Antoni helps ensure users of impact.com Partnership Cloud stay protected from affiliate fraud, influencer fraud, and traffic abnormalities.

As Principal Technical Architect at impact.com, Antonio is tasked with architecting and managing a scalable global platform. Antonio joined impact.com in 2006, backed by more than 25 years of experience in technology with an emphasis on security.

Prior to joining impact.com, he was Principal Systems Engineer at Estalea, L.P., Senior Systems Engineer at Commission Junction, and Principal System Engineer at Netlojix.

Ayaan leads marketing strategy and initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region, including public relations, demand generation, and events. In 2019, she joined impact.com from Sizmek (now Amazon) to build and scale a local marketing team that spans several markets including Australia, Southeast Asia, China, and Japan.

Ayaan brings more than a decade of experience working in the marketing, media, and technology industry in APAC and EMEA. Before joining Sizmek, Ayaan held senior marketing positions at Dataxu (now Roku) and Comscore in London.

A previous position at Commission Junction led BiBi to her current role as impact.com’s General Counsel. Throughout her nearly 30 years of legal practice, BiBi’s approach has balanced commercial and business needs with legal risks and compliance.

Her industry experience has helped shape the contractual terms and legal standards used by impact.com and marketing technology companies all over.

Bilyana Radulova is the Senior Director of Customer Engineering at impact.com, where she leads global Implementation Engineering and Technical Services teams. Her focus is on delivering scalable, high-impact solutions for brands, agencies, and enterprise clients. She collaborates cross-functionally to streamline tooling, enhance documentation, and drive automation, helping clients achieve faster time-to-value and long-term technical success.

Bilyana brings over two decades of experience across technical operations, project management, and customer engineering. Before returning to impact.com in 2025, she held senior leadership roles at tvScientific and previously served as Head of Global Technical Services and Principal Technical Solutions Architect at impact.com.

Brian leads the product marketing team, serving as a conduit between product management, customer success, and sales to craft and communicate impact.com’s value propositions. His team leads go-to-market strategies to commercialize new capabilities, features, and services for prospects and customers. Before joining impact.com, he served as the VP of Global Marketing and Partnerships at TUNE and held leadership positions at eBay and Google.

As Vice President of Publisher Success, Bryce leads the impact.com teams that bring groundbreaking new products to the publisher market. He cultivates impact.com’s global supply-side commerce content publishers and leads the publisher account team.

Bryce served as CNN’s Senior Director of Business Development before joining impact.com and is a founder of CNN Underscored — CNN’s successful reviews and recommendations business. His experience also spans digital media and business development roles at the Aeroplex Aerolease Group, Media Contour, and Creative Channel Services, and he was the entrepreneur behind DesignYourDorm, a website that revolutionized how students shop for their college dorm rooms.

Chris is Senior Director, Engineering at impact.com, where he leads a team dedicated to building technology that determines the future of partnership management and automation. He previously was Cofounder of Mediarails.

Chris also served as a VP of Engineering at CommerceHub, overseeing engineering for their demand stream product. Chris began his career at Mercent, where he ran engineering until the company was acquired by Liberty Media Corp.

Courtney Sauceda is the Senior Director of Product Management at impact.com, where she leads cross-functional product strategy and portfolio performance across global teams.

Her background includes senior product leadership at RealSelf, where she contributed to international expansion and rebuilt core product and engineering teams. She also held leadership roles at Amazon and Nordstrom, where she deepened her expertise in customer-centric innovation, operational scale, and digital transformation in high-growth environments.

As the leader of Technical Product Management, Craig dives into performance data to map customer journeys and understand how brands work successfully with partners. Craig partners with product owners and engineering teams to continuously improve the impact.com partnership management platform. Craig brings three decades of engineering and software architecture experience to his role. Before he joined the impact.com team, Craig served as Sr. Director of Product Management for Meltwater. He also held leadership roles at CA Technologies and Aprisma Management Technologies.

Danielle Stone is the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Enterprise Customer Success in Sales at impact.com. With over two decades of experience in digital marketing, her leadership focuses on strategic optimization and product adoption to drive growth. She and her team have been pivotal in diversifying revenue streams and fostering productive partnerships for impact.com’s largest brands. Previously, she held senior director roles in sales and customer success at CJ Affiliate and California Strong.

David Burke is the Senior Director, Publisher Innovation in Marketplace Operations, where he heads the Creator Studio Team and newly formed Media division. Under his leadership, the team aims to accelerate growth and results for partners, publishers, advertisers and creators. 

David brings more than 15 years of experience in performance marketing and media.  As an enterprising and high-energy senior business leader with global experience in partnerships, performance marketing, adtech, and martech. impact.com, he led several performance marketing companies.

Douglas has architected and managed impact.com’s scalable database platform since 2017. With 20+ years of experience in large-scale database architecture, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle RACm, and Oracle Exadata, he specializes in database architecture that supports high-volume platforms.

Prior to joining impact.com, Douglas was an open source database consultant for Pythian. As a data architect at Visa, he helped scale the Oracle database platform, bKash. He was also the MySQL database team lead at Clickatell.

Emma joined impact.com in 2021 following the acquisition of Affluent, and is now the Head of Agency Innovation. A founding member of Affluent, she brings five years of experience scaling needed solutions for all sides of the partnership economy, focusing on agencies. Before working in the marketing and SaaS industries, Emma worked in international politics, building relationships between politicians, journalists, and NGOs across governments in EMEA.

Emma-Jayne (EJ) Owens is the Senior Director of Community and Enablement at impact.com, where she leads stakeholder training, advocacy, and community enablement initiatives. Her responsibilities encompass hosting thought leadership round tables, organizing partner and customer networking events, coaching internal sales teams, and driving the adoption of impact.com’s Partnerships Experience Academy (PXA). 

EJ brings extensive leadership experience across strategic planning, operational management, and revenue growth within the digital and media technology sectors. Before joining impact.com, she served as Managing Director APAC at Blis, where she accelerated revenue in key markets and successfully launched omnichannel and programmatic revenue streams.

Erik joined impact.com in 2019 as Principal Software Engineer to focus on reducing latency and scaling the platform for future growth.

He has been building the back end of online marketing platforms since 1998 in engineering positions at Commission Junction, Valueclick, and Conversant Media.

Frank Kochenash is the Head of Retail Media Solutions at impact.com, where he leads strategy and growth initiatives for the company’s expanding retail media capabilities. He joined in November 2024 and is based in Seattle, Washington. Frank brings over two decades of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and performance media.

Before joining impact.com, Frank served as CEO of Omnicom Transact, where he launched and scaled the company’s global center of excellence for retail media, building a team of more than 150 and reaching a multimillion-dollar revenue run rate in under 15 months. His earlier experience includes leadership roles at Amazon, McKinsey, CommerceHub, WPP, and Omnicom, where he consistently drove business unit growth and innovation.

As VP, Global Controller, Frank leads impact.com’s accounting (corporate accounting, SEC reporting, technical accounting), financial operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll), treasury, global clearinghouse, and global tax functions.

Frank drives impact.com’s compliance globally, adhering to global regulations from a tax, reporting, banking, and legal entity perspective. He is responsible for a high control environment and crisp financial reporting. He is also key in driving a multitude of cross functional initiatives that help grow our business and help it to operate more efficiently. Before joining impact.com, he served as Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller, and Treasurer at Younique Products and as Senior Finance Manager at CR Bard. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the National MS Society, Mountain West Region.

Frederic draws on his passion for digital marketing and SaaS solutions to head up the Nordic region for impact.com.

As General Manager, he draws upon 15+ years of experience in SaaS marketing and strategic business development leadership. Frederic has held lead positions at L´Oreal, Hexagon Composite, and Bluegarden.

Greg Brown is the Regional Vice President of Commercial Sales at impact.com, where he leads a dynamic team dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes build trust, boost brand awareness, and drive revenue through effective partnership programs. With 12 years of prior experience at HubSpot, Greg has honed his expertise in leveraging digital marketing to fuel business growth. He is committed to building a world-class team by employing a data-driven and people-first approach to leadership, ensuring impactful outcomes for clients and partners alike.

Jake leads the global Financial Planning & Analysis department at impact.com, where he focuses on how investments in people, processes, and technology translate into measurable financial outcomes. His team supports ongoing forecasting and budgeting efforts across the organization, with a focus on modeling go-to-market performance and marketplace health dynamics that drive revenue.

Before joining impact.com, Jake was the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at ShiftMed, where he focused on modeling marketplace dynamics in the nurse staffing sector. He also led capital structure analysis and risk-adjusted return modeling at Farmer Mac.

As Area Vice President of Customer Success, James leads all of impact.com’s client relationships across the EMEA region. He also oversees key relationships with platform customers that include John Lewis, TUI, Skyscanner, and Coinbase. James joined impact.com in 2016, bringing more than a decade of experience in digital marketing and partnerships to his role. Jame previously held roles at awin and affilinet prior to joining impact.com.

Jason joined impact.com in 2015, with over a decade of experience in business IT management, infrastructure management, and solutions architecture. He enthusiastically applies his knowledge to scale hosting infrastructure that aligns with business and technology requirements.

Tasked with implementing and managing global office infrastructure and business IT controls, Jason strikes a balance between user productivity and security. He previously worked on client solutions architecture and designed data center hosting products for an internet service provider.

Javier Murillo is the Country Manager for Spain at impact.com, where he is responsible for launching and developing the company’s operations in the market. He leads efforts to extend international deals into Spain while building brand, agency, publisher, and creator partnerships, and recruiting and managing the Madrid-based team.

With over 25 years of experience in performance marketing, Javier co-founded TradeDoubler in Spain in 2001, becoming one of the pioneers of affiliate and partnership marketing in the country. He later served as Country Manager for Spain and Portugal at Adtraction, where he drove business growth and regional expansion.

His career reflects deep expertise in affiliate and partnership marketing, client services, and international operations, positioning him to accelerate impact.com’s growth in Southern Europe.

Jeff heads the global revenue operations team, including sales operations, incentive compensation, deal desk, and marketing operations. He enables the rapid growth and success of the go-to-market (GTM) organization, ensuring all the processes and tools are in place to scale efficiently. Since starting his initiative within the department, he’s steered the process orchestration across synchronous and asynchronous buying activities while taking a proactive approach to GTM functions focused on predictive and prescriptive guidance.

He brings more than a decade of executive experience leading revenue operations with brands that include Acoustic, Vericast, and Finastra, where he gained executive experience leading marketing, product, and financial planning and analysis.

As Managing Director, Jennifer heads up impact.com’s business in greater China. Her 15+ years of digital marketing and high-tech experience encompasses strategic and operational roles in the United States and Asia Pacific regions. She previously held senior leadership roles at Zanox, OgilvyOne, and Dell in Shanghai.

With deep knowledge of digital advertising, performance marketing, and ecommerce, Jennifer has helped Chinese ecommerce companies navigate growth marketing.

As Senior Director of Product Operations, Jessica is responsible for running the company’s product delivery machine. She leads the team that works at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer service to find efficiencies, enhance communication, and ultimately deliver greater value to customers. Her focus on robust feedback loops ensures the voice of the customer resonates throughout the organization.

Jessica brings extensive quality assurance and leadership experience from her previous roles at eBay and within the large-scale insurance sector.

With 20+ years of experience, Johan brings deep knowledge of the Java ecosystem, design patterns, and best practices in programming and engineering to his role as Senior Director in Engineering at impact.com.

He is obsessed with machine learning, data mining, performance, and clean code. Prior to joining the company, Johan worked in investment banking in London on high throughput, low-latency risk calculation engines.

Johan Venter is Senior Director of Engineering at impact.com, where he leads the Advocate, Campaigns, and Contracts engineering teams. He focuses on scaling product delivery through smart architecture, clear alignment, and team autonomy. His priority is ensuring each team is staffed, supported, and empowered to build with purpose.

Previously Director of Engineering at SaaSquatch, now part of impact.com, Johan played a key role in integrating the Advocate product into the platform and launching it as the company’s third SKU. The successful rollout unified systems, teams, and workflows under a shared mission to serve global brands.

Joining impact.com from Forensiq, John drives the direction of the company’s tracking software. As Principal Software Engineer, his focus is on designing clean, functional code.

Ever the problem solver, John loves working in the browser world and dealing with cross-browser compatibilities in an environment that requires creative solutions. If you’ve seen an ad today, there’s a good chance that John’s code verified the authenticity of your view.

As Senior Director of Marketing, Kathryn develops key strategies and leads various marketing teams across impact.com. These teams include website design and development, social media, creative design studio, various marketing programs, SEO, and analytics/data. Kathryn owns the impact.com brand execution across the company’s corporate identity and brand advertising. Before joining impact.com in 2019, Kathryn spent eight years as Head of Marketing for AdSpace24 at Media24, South Africa’s largest online news publisher and digital media sales house. Kathryn spent five years before this leading marketing teams in the online gaming industry across Europe and Asia.

As Senior Director of Product & Pages, Kfir oversees various technical product areas focused on product inventory, content discovery, and analysis. He cofounded Trackonomics in 2014, focusing on business, product, and data operations. Under his leadership, Trackonomics won awards (Digiday Publisher Platform of the Year and PPA Tech Partner of the Year) and continues to elevate content partnership technology as an impact.com company. Previously, Kfir held product leadership roles at Fashion Traffic and Spark Networks. 

As AVP of Sales Solutions and Enablement at impact.com, Kian Mitchum leads a wide-ranging portfolio that includes North America Revenue Management, Global Revenue Enablement, and B2B SaaS Sales. He also runs the company’s Sales Data-Validation Intern Program, helping to cultivate new talent in tech-driven sales environments.

Kian plays a central role in advancing global change initiatives, streamlining customer contract processes, and executing the RPM go-to-market strategy. He’s led efforts to increase SaaS revenue, improve utilization, and drive adoption of new frameworks across regional and global teams.

As a member of impact.com’s founding team and in his role as Principal Engineer, Knut oversees much of the company’s core technology.

His 20 years in the industry include engineering roles at the technology incubator Estalea, L.P, and Commission Junction. Knut started his career building TV broadcast systems at Tandberg Television ASA.

Since joining impact.com in 2017 as a Customer Success Director, Krista has been pivotal in enhancing client relationships and driving effective solutions. As the Senior Director of Customer Success in Sales at impact.com, Krista will co-lead the Enterprise CSM team, focused on strategic initiatives, and growing client relationships. Krista has more than 11 years of partnership experience, with previous experience at Commission Junction (CJ). 

As Senior Director of Events, Laurie orchestrates and promotes virtual and in-person impact.com event programs that inspire and enable customers and audiences to drive business growth through partnerships. Prior to joining impact.com, she led event marketing for education-related companies such as PowerSchool, Schoology, and Peterson’s, where she created unique experiences and applied marketing best practices to drive attendance, engagement, and referrals. Her leadership expertise enabled her to facilitate large, logistically complex, and high-stakes live events that drove sales pipeline and ROI.

In her mission to help businesses realize growth potential through partnerships, Lisa oversees partnership development at impact.com. Lisa’s teams develop channel partnerships and alliances as well as relationships between customers.

Prior to cofounding impact.com, she held key roles at industry-leading companies, including EVP Customer Experience, SVP Business Development, and VP Services and Customer Success at companies that included Commission Junction, Invoca, and Workzone.

Logan Volkers brings over 15 years of experience in engineering, product development, and operational leadership to his role as Senior Director of Engineering Enablement and Ops at Impact.com. He leads engineering enablement and operations, driving initiatives that support scalable team performance and technology delivery across the organization.

Prior to this, Logan served as Deputy General Manager at Impact.com, where he oversaw the successful integration of SaaSquatch—a company he co-founded,  into the broader Impact.com ecosystem. Over his decade at SaaSquatch, Logan held roles including CTO and COO, where he scaled the company to 30 employees, rebuilt engineering and operations teams, and led the launch of several core platform engines.

Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at impact.com, Louise Nell bridges the gap between strategic vision and operational excellence. Her work focuses on building collaborative ecosystems, leveraging analytics to unlock growth opportunities, and fostering team cultures rooted in accountability and continuous improvement.

With a strong foundation in financial services and compliance-driven industries, she brings a sharp eye for detail, a data-led approach, and a passion for optimizing workflows that enhance both customer outcomes and commercial performance.

With 11+ years of experience in enterprise account management, Lyssa is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at impact.com. She leads a team of success and operational leaders that enable brands to grow their businesses through partnership automation.

Lyssa possesses a strong background in ecommerce, marketing Intelligence, and fintech. She previously ran integration and account management teams for eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions and Klarna.

Marthe Berlin is the Regional Vice President of Publisher Development in Sales at impact.com, where she drives growth and innovation through her extensive industry experience. Since joining the company in 2021, Marthe has spearheaded key initiatives, including leading the development of a pan-European team, crafting go-to-market strategies for EMEA expansion, and refining partner development processes to align with strategic goals. Before impact.com, she worked brand side for two years, and prior to that, Marthe worked at Awin as Senior Account Director.

Matt Sheppard is an RVP of Customer Success at impact.com, where he leads a dedicated team of Customer Success Managers focusing on UK and European customers. His team’s primary goal is to ensure that customers fully leverage impact.com’s platform and features, ultimately maximizing the value they extract from it. With a career in affiliate marketing dating back to 2012, Matt has honed his expertise in partnerships, working with brands across diverse verticals such as crypto, fashion, and health tech. Since joining impact.com in 2018, Matt has progressed from Customer Success Manager to Regional VP, demonstrating a deep commitment to customer success and strategic development. 

As Senior Principal Data Architect at impact.com, Mauricio has been instrumental in selecting and integrating the analytic datastores and data processing technologies that have enabled the company’s 100x data growth over the past 10 years.

He has designed and built platforms that support user reports, dashboards, and ad hoc exploratory BI. Prior to joining Impact, Mauricio configured ERP systems as a consultant and built websites as a Java engineer.

As Area Vice President for Sales, Maya oversees new client acquisition for small-to-medium-businesses (SMB) and leads impact.com’s SMB account executives and directors in North America.

She joined impact.com from Yelp in 2018, and has since grown the Business Development team from 8 BDRs individuals in New York to a team of 4+ managers spanning 3 regions and over 40 reps. She also built and grew the sales enablement function and core curriculum from the ground up.

Prior to leading the SMB revenues team, Maya served as the Regional Vice President of Mid-Market Sales. Maya honed her high-performance skills in sales and marketing at media giants Condé Nast and Vogue.

Since joining impact.com in 2012 as a Strategic Account Manager from eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions, Mia has leveraged her diverse skill set to foster strong client relationships and drive impactful results for some of impact.com’s largest brands. As Senior Director of Customer Success in Sales, Mia will co-lead the Enterprise CSM team, concentrating on strategic initiatives and overseeing key relationships. 

As the Regional Vice President of Customer Growth, Nick Randall supports the growing impact.com user base across the Asia-Pacific region. Nick leads the account management, publisher development and customer success teams with his 25+ years of experience as a sales leader. Previously, he held Sales Director roles at Whooshkaa, Fairfax Media, and Southern Cross Austereo. He also served as Chief Revenue Officer for TRIBE.

Nick also specializes in fostering professional development within and beyond his teams. He’s a powerful Business Mentor with Westpac’s Business of Tomorrow Program and the Director of the Authentic Leaders Group. Nick is also the Co-founder and Chairman of the podcast company Ranieri & Co.

Nico is a Senior Director, Customer Solutions at impact.com, he leads the overall strategy, direction and operational excellence of the global customer support team. He champions, and is committed to delivering positive customer experiences, employee growth, and continuous improvement.

Nico brings two decades of experience and deep knowledge of the ecommerce, advertising and affiliates spaces.  Throughout his career, he’s held key roles at industry-leading companies like Amazon, eBay, Meta and Walmart.

Nikolai joined impact.com in 2024 to localize impact’s operations in Denmark. Based in Aarhus, he develops and executes the company’s rapid regional growth strategies, which include building a sales, marketing, publisher development, solutions architects, and customer success team. Before joining Impact, Nikolai has spent over a decade as a leader and entrepreneur in marketing and advertising, including as a marketing consultant. Before joining impact.com, he was the Head of Sales in Denmark at Adtraction, and the Head of Marketing at Le Management.

In 2019, Owen joined impact.com, serving as the Marketing Director for EMEA and two years later, promoted to Regional Vice President of Marketing for the EMEA team. He previously worked as the Head of Strategy for Europe with CJ Affiliate. Owen brings more than a decade of leadership experience in the European partnership economy to the expanding EMEA team.

Paul Mazak is the Senior Director of Engineering at impact.com, where he leads the Event Processing group responsible for capturing all partner web traffic routed through the platform. Since joining in 2015 through the acquisition of ClearSaleing, Paul has played a key role in scaling the company’s Big Data infrastructure.

Earlier in his career, Paul worked as a Consultant at Accenture, delivering web development solutions for clients in banking and insurance. He later joined Fusion Alliance, where he served as Java Practice Lead and Director, specializing in Agile coaching and enterprise-scale software delivery.

Petar heads the development team charged with supervising the crediting of partners and payout calculations. He joined impact.com in 2016 as a software engineer and quickly rose to tech lead. Peter has since led the initiative to design and create a performance bonus system for cost-per-acquisition payments and scaled the modification system for order returns and updates.

As Senior Director, Data Platform at impact.com, Robert is responsible for the ingestion and delivery of all performance reporting data.

He joined impact.com in 2015 with 20+ years of industry experience, having begun his career at Commission Junction. Robert’s focus and expertise is in data warehousing and reporting platforms and creating scalable, low latency, mature systems.

Ross joined impact.com in 2019 as an account executive. His impressive customer support and sales skills propelled him to the position of Regional Vice President, leading the commercial sales team in California.

Ross’s team empowers businesses to transform how they manage and optimize partnerships with the help of impact.com solutions. Ross brings 10+ years of enterprise technology selling experience, starting at Oracle and FastSpring. After joining impact.com as an account executive, Ross grew into the role of Director of Sales SMB before becoming Regional Vice President of Sales, leading the SMB sales team in California.

Ross Negus leads the Mid Market and Enterprise sales teams for impact.com in EMEA from the UK office in London. His team focuses on acquiring new customers through various initiatives, including networking, collaborating with teams such as marketing, business development, customer success, and channel partnerships, as well as participating in events. 

With a decade-long tenure at impact.com, Ross was one of the pioneering salespeople in EMEA, contributing significantly to the company’s growth from less than 100 employees. He has collaborated with some of Europe’s largest brands to onboard them to impact.com, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to the company’s success.

Ross Wood is the RVP, Customer Success in Sales at impact.com, a position he has held since 2022. With tenure at impact.com starting in 2015, Ross has played a pivotal role in growing the customer success team. His approach involves close collaboration with internal teams and incorporating valuable feedback from brands and agency partners. Leveraging his strong background in technology and partnership marketing, he aims to ensure that all brands and agency partners derive maximum value from the impact.com platform and enjoy an exceptional experience. Before joining impact.com, Ross honed his skills in customer success at Commission Junction.

Rush Williams is the Area Vice President of Strategic Sales at impact.com, where he leads enterprise sales across accounts with $1B+ in revenue and over 1,000 employees. As a 2nd line leader, he oversees a high-performing team that includes multiple Regional Vice Presidents and Account Executives. Since joining in July 2024, Rush has managed an $80+ million dollar book of business and consistently driven strong results across the enterprise segment.

Before impact.com, Rush served as Director of Sales at Sprinklr, where he led large enterprise net new logo acquisition. He was Sprinklr’s Sales Director of the Year. He also held senior roles at Ansys and began his sales career after serving in the U.S. Army’s Special Operations.

Ryo joined the team in July 2022 as Japan’s first Country Manager and employee. His mission is to build and grow Japan’s business by bringing efficiency and scalability to the Partnership Economy. Previously, Ryo was Japan’s first Country Manager at MightyHive (now rebranded to Media.Monks), and he brings AI, data, and marketing experience to the team from his time at  Google/DoubleClick, Appier, and a full-service advertising agency.

San Sareen is the RVP, Influencer & Creator in Sales at impact.com. With a strong background in partnership management, he has held key roles like Director (EMEA) for Influencers & Creators and Customer Success Lead—Mediarails EMEA. Under his leadership, the business grew over 700%, establishing him as a specialist in influencer technologies. San’s decade of experience in SaaS and digital marketing helps brands and creators collaborate and thrive. He has judged the Effective Mobile Marketing Awards in the UK twice and frequently speaks at the Influencer Marketing Show in London. In 2023, his team won Gold at the Global Influencer Marketing Awards for ROI excellence.

Sara joined impact.com in 2022 as the Country Manager in Italy. Her mission is to consolidate the innovative and disruptive vision of the partnership economy. Her team is positioned to support a revamp of the performance marketing industry for both B2B and B2C. She brings more than 18 years of digital and channel marketing expertise, holding previous positions Tradedoubler Italy—one of the largest affiliate networks in Europe—and Expandi Group, where she worked closely with clients such as IBM, HP, Google, and Microsoft.

Sarah Howes is the RVP of Customer Success at impact.com, where she leads the US team for Self-Serve, SMB, and Mid-Market brands. Her leadership is marked by a strong focus on building relationships, enhancing brand retention, and providing strategic recommendations to help brands grow their performance and creator programs. With 18 years of experience in the Partnership/Affiliate industry, Sarah is passionate about helping brands achieve their business goals through best-in-class support. Before joining impact.com, Sarah was the Senior Client Development Manager at CJ, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role.

Sean Ulyate is the Senior Director of Engineering at impact.com, where he leads the Product and Pages group. His team manages the distribution of commissionable assets, including retail products, financial offerings, and digital content, from brands to publishers. He also oversee the scraping and storage of publisher-created assets, supporting key use cases such as discovery, monitoring, and performance analysis.

Sean brings deep expertise in online retail, with hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets and building scalable systems focused on search and content delivery. Before joining impact.com, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Loot.co.za, one of South Africa’s leading online retailers. There, he led platform overhauls, infrastructure modernization, and the development of new marketplaces and digital properties.

Shan Abid started at impact.com in 2019 and quickly advanced to the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales for New York. He leads the account executive and sales teams that support many of impact.com’s small and mid-sized clients. Shan brings over a decade of account management and sales experience in the New York region to his role. Before he joined the impact.com team, he held senior sales roles at AppCard, Inc, and Sears. 

Sloan Pettersen is the Senior Director of Global Customer Onboarding at impact.com, based in Santa Barbara County, California. She brings over 11 years of experience at the company, having grown from an Activation Coordinator into her current leadership role. Sloan leads global onboarding operations and drives key initiatives to streamline account configuration and elevate the customer experience for enterprise clients.

Throughout her tenure, Sloan has focused on refining cross-functional workflows and strengthening strategic partnerships through personalized onboarding strategies. Her earlier roles include serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where she managed top enterprise accounts and led integration and training efforts.

As Regional Vice President of Customer Success (EMEA), Smita leads a team focused on delivering world-class service to impact.com clients and agency partners and ensuring they achieve maximum value from the platform. Smita is dedicated to building strong relationships, optimising internal processes, and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. She brings Smita 14+ years of global experience in the Media and Advertising industry with an extensive leadership background.

Snehal is an engineering leader with a unique blend of experience spanning both core software development and customer engineering functions. She has led high-performing technical teams while also working closely with customers through different phases of the customer journey. She thrives at the intersection of engineering execution and customer engagement, bringing products to life while ensuring they deliver measurable value in the real world. Snehal has previously held engineering roles at Tata Consultancy Services, India’s largest tech consultancy.

As Senior Director of Engineering, Tiam oversees the development of partner-facing solutions at impact.com. These solutions empower publishers and creators, enabling them to efficiently run and grow their partnerships businesses while maximizing their revenues.

Tiam co-founded the impact.com company Pressboard, the premier analytics and reporting platform for branded content. He brings more than 26 years of experience in technology architecture to the team. Before starting Pressboard, he co-founded Gauge Mobile (acquired by Juice Mobile), a SaaS provider that enabled businesses to collect and analyze mobile marketing data and build personalized customer experiences.

Todd is Cofounder and Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, of impact.com. He has been instrumental in forging and managing relationships with many of the company’s flagship advertisers, agencies, and media partners. Todd evangelizes a multichannel approach to the performance model, and is a frequent speaker at key industry events, including the Affiliate Summit, Affiliate Management Days, a4uexpo, and Performance Marketing Insights.

Todd previously was VP, Business Development, at Digital River’s affiliate network, OneNetworkDirect, where he guided strategic initiatives and industry relations. In the late ’90s, he helped birth the modern affiliate marketing industry as Cofounder and VP, Business Development, of Commission Junction. Todd won the 2007 Affiliate Marketing Legend award.

Wade is Cofounder and Vice President, Strategic Operations, of impact.com. In this role, he ensures that every client gets the data and information they want, the way they want it, and when they want it, so timely and well-informed marketing decisions can be made.

Prior to cofounding impact.com, Wade was part of the founding team at LeadPoint, where his BI architecture boosted revenue per lead and ROI on new product initiatives. At Savings.com, his BI architecture enabled the company to become fully data-driven. Wade also served as Vice President, Business Intelligence and Product, at Commission Junction.

As Senior Director, Engineering, Werner heads impact.com’s Cape Town engineering team. With more than two decades of experience in software development, he recognizes the role that people play in technological development and strives to create an environment where impact.com’s engineers are empowered to develop world-class software and reach their potential.

Werner, a truly global professional, worked in France, Austria, and South Africa before joining impact.com in 2013.

Yifei leads the Data Science Center of Excellence at impact.com to guide the development of data science-driven product suites. Since the formation of the DSCOE in September 2019, Yifei and her team has united data science and analytics talents, and delivered key machine learning product features to impact.com. Before joining impact.com, Yifei was Director of Data Science and Analytics, Product Analytics at Acxiom.

Yonatan (Yon) Dotan is the VP of Customer Operations at impact.com, where he leads the global teams responsible for onboarding, implementation, and technical services. His team partners closely with clients, sales, product, and partner teams to ensure that impact.com is a delight to interact with across every surface.

Yon brings over 15 years of experience in digital marketing and affiliate technology. He previously served as VP of Channel Partnerships at impact.com, where he helped expand the company’s ecosystem of agency, technology, and affiliate partners.

In 2016, Yon co-founded Affluent, an analytics platform purpose-built for affiliate marketers – which was later acquired by impact.com. Affluent remains a trusted reporting platform for a majority of affiliate marketing agencies today.
