In 2020, we introduced our client experience team as a way to make sure that our clients are having the best experience whilst working with us, but also that the internal teams are equipped with ways of working that will help them deliver the best service possible. The team ensures Silverbean has the right processes to promote a strategic, insightful, innovative and proactive experience for our clients. 

Each quarter we conduct client feedback surveys, we often score well in regard to proactivity and flexibility in the partnership, and we pride our teams on being strategic which is aided by our Progression Model. This model can build short and long-term strategies to drive the channel from its current performance through to proactive growth and beyond. 

In order to deliver a market-leading global campaign, we’ve developed a unique, holistic approach through our five key partner channels. They are:

Traditional affiliate management - to recruit, optimise and maximise budget working with traditional affiliates (voucher, cashback, closed user groups, content etc.) with a focus on acquiring new customers.

Brand to brand partnerships - to support or manage brand to brand campaigns with the objective of new customer acquisition or monetisation (or both).

Influencer management - to work with influencers on a CPA basis within affiliate management or on fixed-fee projects.

App - we support our clients to drive app downloads, sign-up and conversion campaigns using various partner channels.

Strategic Content - to work alongside content, mass media and review sites to dominate non-brand keywords which have high search volume and high conversion rates.
