Starter tier has no setup fee. For Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise, setup and onboarding services are available at $250/hour. Your implementation team will work with you to define the scope and timeline based on your needs.

Onboarding typically covers platform setup, partner integration, tracking configuration, and training for your team. The scope depends on your tier and complexity. Your implementation team will work with you to outline what's needed during your initial consultation.

Yes. Any change requires a new 12-month contract addendum, usually handled via email once you understand what you're getting. This ensures we're aligned on scope and support as you scale.

We accept ACH (Direct Debit) for US customers, credit card, and bank transfers for international customers (EMEA & APAC). Net 30 terms available with bank transfer for approved accounts. Your sales team will confirm available options during the contract process.

Creator Premium is optional, dedicated support for creator and influencer partnerships. You get a dedicated creator expert (2 hours/week) to help recruit, vet, and optimize your creator roster. Most brands use it in year 1 to jumpstart the channel, then reassess in year 2.

Advocate is our customer referral platform. It's included in Essentials and above, letting you build and manage a customer referral program alongside your affiliate and creator partnerships—all in one place.

Support includes email and chat for Starter. Essentials and Pro include dedicated support with faster response times. Enterprise includes a dedicated customer success manager and direct escalation paths.
