Prior to joining impact.com, Adam spent four years at RhythmOne (formerly RadiumOne) where his most recent role was Managing Director, Asia Pacific. He’s also held senior leadership roles in sales, strategy, cross-platform, and business development at Southern Cross Austereo, Macquarie Radio Network, and MI9 (formerly ninemsn). Adam is based in the company’s Sydney office.

Antoine’s role as impact.com’s General Manager, SEA, is a natural fit, following his work on innovative projects for Kantar Media and Synthesio in Southeast Asia. He oversees impact.com’s business development, sales, and account management to support growing demand for the company’s services.

His favorite part of the job is adapting impact.com Partnership Cloud™ services to the region’s unique needs, and helping organizations improve their marketing efforts.

Antoni joined impact.com as part of the 2016 acquisition of Forensiq, where he served as VP of Product for the company’s leading ad fraud detection platform. Today Antoni oversees product development by impact.com’s Integrations Tribe.

With experience in all aspects of product development and business operations and deep expertise in the fraud detection space, Antoni helps ensure users of impact.com Partnership Cloud stay protected from affiliate fraud, influencer fraud, and traffic abnormalities.

As Principal Technical Architect at impact.com, Antonio is tasked with architecting and managing a scalable global platform. Antonio joined impact.com in 2006, backed by more than 25 years of experience in technology with an emphasis on security.

Prior to joining impact.com, he was Principal Systems Engineer at Estalea, L.P., Senior Systems Engineer at Commission Junction, and Principal System Engineer at Netlojix.

Ash Richardson

Senior Director, Business Operations and Analytics (Marketplace)

Ash leads the marketplace operations and analytics team, providing data-driven insights while leading operations planning and execution, KPI management, and modeling for the impact.com marketplace. Her team supports the development of project plans, metrics tracking, insight generation, and strategic recommendations to improve outcomes for partners.

She brings over a decade of experience leading cross-functional operations initiatives. Before joining impact.com, Ash held senior positions at LogMeIn and LogicMonitor.

Ayaan Mohamud

Ayaan Mohamud

Ayaan leads marketing strategy and initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region, including public relations, demand generation, and events. In 2019, she joined impact.com from Sizmek (now Amazon) to build and scale a local marketing team that spans several markets including Australia, Southeast Asia, China, and Japan.

Ayaan brings more than a decade of experience working in the marketing, media, and technology industry in APAC and EMEA. Before joining Sizmek, Ayaan held senior marketing positions at Dataxu (now Roku) and Comscore in London.

Before joining impact.com on the product side, he served as the VP of Global Marketing and Partnerships at TUNE and held leadership positions at eBay and Google.

As Vice President of Publisher Innovation, Bryce leads the impact.com teams that bring groundbreaking new products to the publisher market. He cultivates impact.com’s global supply-side commerce content publishers and leads the publisher account team.

Bryce served as CNN’s Senior Director of Business Development before joining impact.com and is a founder of CNN Underscored — CNN’s successful reviews and recommendations business. His experience also spans digital media and business development roles at the Aeroplex Aerolease Group, Media Contour, and Creative Channel Services, and he was the entrepreneur behind DesignYourDorm, a website that revolutionized how students shop for their college dorm rooms.

Chris is Senior Director, Engineering at impact.com, where he leads a team dedicated to building technology that determines the future of partnership management and automation. He previously was Cofounder of Mediarails.

Chris also served as a VP of Engineering at CommerceHub, overseeing engineering for their demand stream product. Chris began his career at Mercent, where he ran engineering until the company was acquired by Liberty Media Corp.

Douglas has architected and managed impact.com’s scalable database platform since 2017. With 20+ years of experience in large-scale database architecture, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle RACm, and Oracle Exadata, he specializes in database architecture that supports high-volume platforms.

Prior to joining impact.com, Douglas was an open source database consultant for Pythian. As a data architect at Visa, he helped scale the Oracle database platform, bKash. He was also the MySQL database team lead at Clickatell.

Elly joined impact.com in 2017 to build the company’s success and support teams out of the Cape Town, South Africa, office. As Senior Director of the global Customer Solutions team, she focuses on managing support specialists.

Her nearly 20 years of professional experience across B2C and B2B businesses includes leading client experience teams across global digital agencies and heading up digital marketing for one of South Africa’s largest retail brands.

Based in London, he develops and executes impact.com’s rapid regional growth strategies and oversees the day-to-day management of the local commercial and customer success teams.

Before joining impact.com in 2018, Florian held senior positions at blue chip technology companies including CJ Affiliate by Conversant and Gartner and he was Managing Director of IgnitionOne. His nearly 20 years of industry leadership include active roles on the IAB’s Performance Marketing Council and the Legislation and Standards Committee.

Previously Hanan served as General Manager of the International Division at Spark Networks, where he oversaw the management of multiple subscription-based companies.

Tasked with implementing and managing global office infrastructure and business IT controls, Jason strikes a balance between user productivity and security. He previously worked on client solutions architecture and designed data center hosting products for an internet service provider.

Jeff heads the global revenue operations team, including sales operations, incentive compensation, deal desk, and marketing operations. He enables the rapid growth and success of the go-to-market (GTM) organization, ensuring all the processes and tools are in place to scale efficiently. Since starting his initiative within the department, he’s steered the process orchestration across synchronous and asynchronous buying activities while taking a proactive approach to GTM functions focused on predictive and prescriptive guidance.

He brings more than a decade of executive experience leading revenue operations with brands that include Acoustic, Vericast, and Finastra, where he gained executive experience leading marketing, product, and financial planning and analysis.

Her 15+ years of digital marketing and high-tech experience encompasses strategic and operational roles in the United States and Asia Pacific regions. She previously held senior leadership roles at Zanox, OgilvyOne, and Dell in Shanghai.

With deep knowledge of digital advertising, performance marketing, and ecommerce, Jennifer has helped Chinese ecommerce companies navigate growth marketing.

Previously a Vice President at NEWAD Media, Jerrid’s expertise spans mobile, experiential, and digital supply-side media. He frequently serves as a mentor to technology start-ups through the GrowLab incubator and is a regular contributor to AdAge and Forbes on content analytics topics.

He is obsessed with machine learning, data mining, performance, and clean code. Prior to joining the company, Johan worked in investment banking in London on high throughput, low-latency risk calculation engines.

Prior to joining Impact, Kim’s industry resume includes executive leadership roles at companies such as Mavrck, Advantage Solutions, Rakuten, and Digilant. She currently serves on the advisory board for Valor Digital.

Prior to joining impact.com, she led event marketing for education-related companies such as PowerSchool, Schoology, and Peterson’s, where she created unique experiences and applied marketing best practices to drive attendance, engagement, and referrals. Her leadership expertise enabled her to facilitate large, logistically complex, and high-stakes live events that drove sales pipeline and ROI.

Lyssa possesses a strong background in ecommerce, marketing Intelligence, and fintech. She previously ran integration and account management teams for eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions and Klarna.

As Principal Architect at impact.com, Mauricio has been instrumental in selecting and integrating the analytic datastores and data processing technologies that have enabled the company’s 100x data growth over the past 10 years.

He has designed and built platforms that support user reports, dashboards, and ad hoc exploratory BI. Prior to joining Impact, Mauricio configured ERP systems as a consultant and built websites as a Java engineer.

As Area Vice President for Sales, Maya oversees new client acquisition for small-to-medium-businesses (SMB) and leads impact.com’s SMB account executives and directors in North America.

She joined impact.com from Yelp in 2018, and has since grown the Business Development team from 8 BDRs individuals in New York to a team of 4+ managers spanning 3 regions and over 40 reps. She also built and grew the sales enablement function and core curriculum from the ground up.

Prior to leading the SMB revenues team, Maya served as the Regional Vice President of Mid-Market Sales. Maya honed her high-performance skills in sales and marketing at media giants Condé Nast and Vogue.

Prior to that, he was Head of Global Growth and VP, North America, for Lightinthebox, where he oversaw all growth initiatives, including affiliate and influencer marketing.

He also served as VP of Product and Growth at Lockerz, the first Gen Y social commerce company. Max’s first startup, the early social commerce provider Wishpot, was later acquired by Lockerz. Max began his career at Microsoft as Senior Lead Program Manager.
