Impact Bolsters Leadership Team to Support and Continue Rapid Growth

Seasoned Industry Veterans Appointed, Promoted to GM and CFO Positions, Will Guide Business Unit Acceleration During the Company’s Next Stage of Expansion

Impact, a natively-integrated suite of products for fraud protection, marketing attribution and analytics, and creating and optimizing performance partnerships, announced the appointment of Marc Fanelli to General Manager (GM), Forensiq and Altitude. Fanelli will be responsible for global P&L and day-to-day management of the Forensiq and Altitude business units, including sales, customer success, operations and product.

The company has also promoted Michael Head to GM, Radius and hired Jesper Rathje as chief financial officer (CFO). The GM roles were created to drive the next stage of commitment and investment to the solution areas of Forensiq, Altitude and Radius. Creation of the CFO role will support Impact’s rapid business growth, evidenced by the company’s inclusion in the 2018 Inc. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies.

Prior to joining Impact, Fanelli was SVP, Global Data & Analytics for Acxiom, a marketing database analytics company. While at Acxiom, Marc ran the global data and analytics businesses, enabling clients and partners to reach highly targeted audiences within digital publishers and platforms across the globe. He also previously served as GM of Merkle, a leading performance marketing agency, responsible for all aspects of the creation and distribution of global data-driven solutions into the online ecosystem. Based in Impact’s New York office, Fanelli will report to Impact CEO, David A. Yovanno.

Since joining Impact nine years ago, Mike Head has helped Impact scale sales globally across all products. As a sales leader his team scaled from 4 to 70+ and on-boarded dozens of world class clients. In his new position as GM, Radius, he will be accountable for the strategy and operations of the Radius business unit, aiming to accelerate global growth in partner marketing. Jesper Rathje has served as a financial consultant to Impact for several years, and brings more than 30 years of financial experience to the CFO role including extensive involvement in building financial infrastructure.
