During her junior year at UNC-Chapel Hill, Caitlyn founded Miss EmpowHer to help women of all shades and shapes feel confident and empowered. With Miss EmpowHer, Caitlyn hopes to inspire women to become the best versions of themselves and encourage women to support other women. Caitlyn shares advice, tips, and product/service reviews on social media to inspire and educate Gen Z & Millennial women. Caitlyn Kumi is best known for being a leading Gen Z women’s personal finance creator. Caitlyn has received media features in Forbes, Business Insider, Good Morning America, and Buzzfeed. Caitlyn has also been recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice and Forbes 30 under 30 2025 for Marketing & Advertising.

With almost a decade of experience in the tax world, Nicole Green holds a federal license as an Enrolled Agent tax practitioner, where she can advise, represent, and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and any other entity with tax-reporting requirements. Her knowledge of tax has been recognized in numerous publications, including The Wall Street Journal, HomeLight, and impact.com. Nicole has been featured in these outlets for her insightful tax advice and industry knowledge. Outside the office, Nicole is an avid traveler. She’s been to all seven continents and over 50 countries.

Olivia Savage is a passionate full-stack marketer and influencer marketing expert at impact.com. Her mission is to help both brands and content creators generate beneficial, productive partnerships and explore how SaaS technology can better meet their complex needs.
